Lovely Desert
It was just as the listing stated and the hosts were really nice! We we’re expecting some rooster noises but didn’t experience any disruption in the peaceful desert ambiance. Very nice stay!

Vacation Getaway
The stay was great! The property owners are some of the best people I have ever met. If you are looking for a place, out and away from the sights and sounds of the city, this it it! Awake each morning to a roosters crow, drink coffee on the patio with the hummingbirds and see the horses out back. We will definitely be calling ahead for reservations on our next trip back.

Lovely small farm stay, wonderful place
I enjoyed my long weekend here very much. The room was very comfortable; good bed, shower, and a window bench seat. I appreciated the drinks in the fridge and Keurig coffee, too. The hostess even brought me a goat milk latte one morning. It was delicious and it was nice to chat with her. I liked the animals most of all. There were a couple of week-old goat kids that were beyond cute! The miniature horses and cows, and dogs were happy to visit through the fence. The location was perfect for me - easy to take long walks on on the back roads, looking at mountains in the distance. This will be a place that I return to for a nice retreat.

Desert Farm
My visit to Scottsdale was enhanced by a stay off the beaten path. Tiny horses and goats abound, and waking up to a rooster crowing was peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating, flexible and helpful during my extended stay.

Perfect and private.
Except for the finding it, this was a perfect getaway, very private, comfortable and the owners were very responsive.

A quiet, relaxing location
We enjoyed our stay. The location allowed us to feel comfortable being away from home while giving us the opportunity to visit other areas in the state. The property manager quickly responded to our few questions. We appreciated her hospitality.

Off the beaten path!
We really enjoyed staying here on the farm, off the beaten path. It was awesome to see more of the AZ country vs city life. The many animals were an added plus!!! The room had everything we needed — most comfy bed EVER — felt like home! Stargazing was amazing — super dark and that made the stars super visible — definitely was magical!! There is a good 1-1.5 miles of some pretty bumpy/hilly desert dirt roads to get to the property but we were able to navigate it no problem going slow, and we were in a truck pulling a trailer. Don’t take 160th St. in — stay on 156th. GPS took us down 160th the first night and it was way rougher/dicier cutting back over to 156th. Great stay overall — thanks for everything!!!

horse country
the studio itself is nicely done very clean. The one large window had a pull down blind that would not seem to open for a view out back. The home itself is up on top of a mountain in horse country and a bit off the beaton track so expect to drive 30 minutes to any publis golf course. There are a couple private courses a few miles away but they are quite pricey. The closest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. They also have a large r.v. permanatly parked out back I assume as a rental as well. If you dont mind driving about 30 minutes to get to shops etc. than I would say it is a nice little get away.

Scottsdale Vacation
This rental was a Primetime location for our mountainbiking and running needs, two miles away is the best biking and hiking in the Phoenix area, Mcdowell regional park, Granite mountain ,all with connecting trails. Room was clean and met our needs, Lynn and staff were kind and helpful, animals an added bonus.
