BACK ON VRBO after multiple month rental to a corporate tenant! Vacation in Luxury! Don't ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. There is a 220V electric car charging outlet in the garage! Newly installed large animal pet door with security latch (for when not in use). Newly installed walk-in shower in master bath. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this community if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs (here are some listing numbers as well: 1736895, 1489521, 1516390, 1214923, 1516328, 1583009). We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! Large home with all new flooring, paint, appliances, private putting green, large smart flat screen tv's in all rooms with access to netflix, amazon tv, hulu etc. No stairs - all one level. Private patio with chairs/table and BBQ grill. First bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and another twin that slides out beneath the full (sleeps 4). Second bedroom has two twin beds each with a separate twin that slides out beneath (sleeps another 4). Third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom is complete with king bed, large walk-in closet and full bathroom (sleeps 2)! There is also a separate air mattress (sleeps another 2). Eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast bar. Convenient laundry near kitchen exiting to 2-car garage. Fastest high speed panoramic wireless internet available. Make it a family night with plenty of board games to enjoy each others company. In addition to nearby community pools there is a nearby water park with slides/etc as well as a recreational park! Just across the street from the Falcon Field Air park and Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum. Near numerous beautiful golf courses! 20 minutes from Saguaro lake where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes as well as the infamous Renaissance Festival! Near 202 freeway for easy access to Temp, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport. Also near Mesa Gateway Airport.

Great Stay
We had a large group in need of numerous homes and were able to book last minute with no issues. Everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Jason was amazing to work with and offered many ideas for restaurants, activities and shopping! The kids did not want to leave! We had not seen recent reviews on the properties but had learned that many of their bookings had come through insurance companies (when a person's home catches fire or floods). Since the insurance companies book directly, VRBO reviews cannot be posted. We will definitely be back!!

Family Christmas visit
We had a great time staying at this home for a family Christmas visit. We used this house as our home base while visiting family to celebrate Christmas. It worked well for us. It is clean, well stocked, cute and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

Fun and family friendly!
Our family needed a last minute place to stay while our home was listed for sale and had an open house weekend. The rental house was clean, family friendly and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the bunk and twin rooms, the basketball hoop outside and having their own big screen TV’s! Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and issues we had (the air conditioner ended up needing a repair while we were there but the problem was handled promptly!). We are so grateful for our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Mesa. The only thing I would suggest is bringing some golf clubs, as the house doesn’t have any. *If you’re looking for a nearby treat, there is a Bahama Bucks nearby for shave ice!

Perfect for family stay
We booked the home as we were going to saguaro lake. It was a very smooth and easy 20 min drive to the marina which was great. Lots of stores less than a minute or two from the house. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and just as described. The host kept in contact. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay there.

Loved this place!
We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). I take that back...they were willing to leave their rooms so as long as we let them put on the backyard putting green. The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
