This 2nd floor condo is set up perfectly for the active 55+ couple (or single). You don't mind walking up an easy flight of stairs because you've seen pictures of this amazing view & you can't wait to see it for yourselves!! Three (yes-3!) sliding doors beckon you out to the balcony (complete w/new ceiling fan & roller shades) to look as far as your eyes can see. Take in all that is beautiful Arizona! You may not want to leave this view, and the Margarita Machine is included and ready for Happy Hour!

Hillcrest golf course view
We enjoyed our stay in this upper level condo which has outstanding views of the golf course and evening sunsets. The condo is conveniently located near the RH Johnson rec center which is in the same area as a Fry's and Walgreens for groceries, gas, and amenities shopping. The condo was well appointed and the owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. We would like to stay there again if we visit Sun City West in the future.

Good Size Apartment, Great Views of Golf Course, Nice Neighbourhood.
This is a good apartment for visiting the area. Pristine neighbourhood. The apartment is clean and well equipped. and ideal for two people.Perhaps a little dated but very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Location is excellent with open views across the golf course. No real disturbance from the early morning care of the course apart from the occasional woodpeckers!! Lyn is a really responsive host and very helpful.
