Really nice
The staff were great, lockers were big, toilets and showers totally separate from bedrooms which I really liked, rooms decorated nicely, curtains on beds for privacy, light and power socket at each bed.. Excellent My only negative is that the communal area was small and not really populated, so not much chance to make friends as a solo traveller.. But its near nightlife so I just went out. Overall really nice hostel, clean and easy to sleep

Staff anger ruined my stay
The place in itself is clean and spacious. The problem with my visit was with one of the staff members. A simple misunderstanding of putting my bag in the wrong locker and he proceeded to yell at me in front of other guests and wouldn't listen when I explained i had not been told which one to use (lockers do not have numbers on). A better way would be to just accept that it was a mistake and calmly show me to right one. Being shouted at for 10 minutes ruined the stay.

people are good and friendly, caring and cheerful. they speak well in english.I had a good talk with them. I am quite satisfied with my room and bed, so comfortable.Air-conditioner functioned perfectly! Light bulb and socket plug near to bed, big lockers, free and fast wifi.It is a big news to all solo travelers, esp those who try to save cost like me. The bathrooms and toilets are clean. I am afraid of the cleanliness issue always, but this reaches my expectation. Regarding to the location, it is actually really close to night market, old market, riverside, and wat phnom. It is walk-able distance to wat ounalom too. A lot of shops, restaurants just right outside of the hostel. The price is cheap, i couldnt request anymore better than these.This is a hostel that really make me satisfied, definitely worth the money. I would reckon this to any solo traveler! I never tried their meals. maybe next time :)

När vi skulle checka in sa de att vi bara hade bokat och betalt för en, trots att det tydligt stod i min bekräftelse att vi bokat och betalt för två vuxna. Istället för att se vart bokningen gått snett hånlog receptionisten bara och sa att vi fick betala. Mejlade med hotels och de förde över pengar tillbaka till mig som jag fick betala på plats, bra service av hotels!! Varje morgon var det inne ett barn i vårt rum och stampade i golvet, drog upp gardinerna så solen kom in och skratta. Visst att klockan började närma sig förmiddagen men jag och min vän låg sjuka och hade åkt nattbuss. En annan gång var klättra hon upp i min kompis säng och kollade.. Klandrar inte henne, men att ingen säger till henne att ge gästerna lite privatliv? Min vän frågade ena receptionisten om hon kunde skriva ut en papper och han var trevlig och svara självklart. Dock när vi kom ner och skulle göra det var de den otrevliga receptionisten där igen och att skriva ut detta pappret verkar ha varit det JOBBIGASTE han gjort i hela sitt liv. Han satt Hellre och kollade film på sin mobil. Man kände sig rättare sagt i vägen bara.
