The property is a little dated, but clean and sufficient for a business trip such as mine. Price seemed good value. Position is great for CBD, river and East Perth.

Great customer service and staff. The rooms are standard but in good condition and clean. The location was what I wanted, an easy walk to the hospital and shops. Only negative the rooms aren’t sound proof so could hear some very noisy neighbours late at night when trying to sleep.

Beware the charge for parking on top off your room charge. Property is old and outdated. Limited facilities. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

Great location and good pricing for a nights stay! Great size rooms. Only downside was the mattress, i didnt find it all that comfy! But otherwise, was great!

The staff were brilliant, however i paid over $400 a night for a run down, smokey smelling hotel. It was the weekend of Coldplay being in town so that may have impacted the price, but why does the hotel smell like the tobbacco industry just had a convention there.

The room itself was so big and spacious it actually got me by surprise especially having the lounge and tv separate from the bedroom (also with tv) was definitely a great bonus but considering I paid $199 and had no idea until I asked the reception what time the pool /sauna facilities closed, was i made aware that everything was closed and under maintenance so felt a little ripped off to be honest. If there was something mentioned about it online when i was making the booking then i wouldn't have chosen to stay as i could have payed the same price for somewhere that had pool facilities open.

This is an older property, and the foyer was a little dated, but my room had been updated. The bathroom was fairly newly renovated (except for the bath tub🤔) with a reasonable sized walk in shower. The bed was very comfy, & the carpet looked very new. The room had a desk & chair, wardrobe, mini fridge & tea/coffee supplies. TV had a heap of Foxtel channels. There's a free bus that runs on the street the hotel is on, & another along the strre behind, making it really easy to get into the CBD proper. Although it's only a short walk anyway. Really reasonable priced - I'd definitely stay again.

Great spot to stay in Perth CBD.
We loved staying here. My only complaint is a strange one. When it rained, water dripped from top of windows and landed on the aluminium window sill. It sounded like someone playing drums on the window sill. I had to wear earplugs if it rained at night. Everything else was perfect. Parking is reasonably priced for in-house guests. We loved the location and will stay again.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and well presented and the room was neat, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend visiting and I will be staying again next time I’m looking for a hotel.

You get what you pay for. The property is old and it shows. The lobby, lifts, and hallways are pretty low grade. However, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, the bathroom had been recently renovated, and the buffet breakfast was tasty even if it was quite limited. Overall, it's a good option so long as you know what you're getting, because it's location is certainly very good too.

Rooms and hotel lobby are showing age, but they are spacious and comfortable, the aircon is set at one temperature so cannot adjust yourself found it a bit too cold, otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the staff were friendly.

Hotel is good, staff is below average
The hotel itself a great budget-friendly option with a good location for getting to the CBD. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only real drawback is the staff. I found one front desk individual in particular had the demeanor of a prison guard and the rest were really clueless. They couldn't answer basic questions, such as how to get to the hotel using public transport from the airport which is relatively easy if you don't have heavy luggage, or pretty much anything. They were really unhelpful, but fine.

This hotel is so old. I smelled the typical moldy smell each time I walked the hallways. The door had the old fashion lock. Instead of card to open, we had to carry a regular key with long wooden stick in the picket. The light by the bed was really dark. No coffee, no water, no microwave. It had a small refrigerator. Shower was nice but no light inside. So it was dark Good things …. The room was spacious and 3 elevators were running fast. Very limited staff but they were very nice. If you are on tight budget it’s good place.
