Made the booking for my friend. Staff rude, no change was given as they had no change, the room reeked of bleach and it was extremely small and cramped. I can stay in a hotel cheaper than the price I paid here for two nights.

I like the area the motel was hidden which was good, i didnt like how it was noisy other people should have consideration for other people quietness,with the loud music an people smoking in there rooms, the reception she was good made u feel welcome, but considered her husband had no communications skill with people , but apart from that it was good

I wasn't expecting great things but it was way worse than I thought. The room was tiny, they had takeaway coffee cups, no teaspoons or milk. The bed was so hard and crap it made my cheap spare bed at home feel luxurious! There was someone's chewy stuck on the wall at the top of the bed head! For the price they charge per night it was an absolute rip off. We have stayed in far better places for around the same price point. Very disappointing. Oh and to top it off we lost power then when we were leaving western power were replacing several poles on the street so I'm assuming it was a planned power outage...perhaps they could have given their motel guests a heads up!

Hello AmandaApologise to hear that As there was normally milk in fridge and we use take away cups because sometime people fight and we had bad experience with proper crockery.Western power send us a text at 8pm in night one day before as it was not planned outrage.we normally give print out in every room if western power informed us 2 to 3 days before.Again we feel sorry but we will make sure we will update everything more frequentlyRegardsManagement

The bed headboard had huge sweat/moisture stains. The whole place smelt funny and had cockroaches. The staff were rude messy and very lazy. The sitting area outside was rubble and a bit of fake grass. No shade whatsoever ever.

Who ever left positive reviews are either alt accounts or people who got to sleep the night for free if they left a positive review! Thin fleece of a blanket, tv didn’t work and had no remote, few cockroaches I seen run under the bar fridge. Junkies roaming around, it’s overpriced for what ur getting there are better options out there avoid if u don’t want to be upset!

There was nothing I liked!! Reception was grotty and unappealing! Receptionist was not much better. Uncaring and uninterested. Room itself was unappealing. Again, not warm and inviting. No top sheet, only a thin blanket?? Couldn’t understand that!!!?? Was the blanket clean, maybe. So I was pretty cold!! Tiny little blow heater that didn’t help much. I booked for two nights ( and paid) up front but didn’t stay second night. Went elsewhere. I have stayed in different rooms all over Australia over many years, this was the worst of any I’ve ever stayed in!! Sorry,but I was not happy!!

This room had filthy pillow cases with blood stain and other stains, the top sheet had stains, the bunk bed ladder was rusted and my son fell off because the step broke. The Smoke Alarm was not working. We booked for 4 people and were given two towles only. No face washers nothing. We had three druggos knock on the door twice at 2am and i was scared for my life. When we areived we checked in and was greeted my an elderly man wearing a singlet.

The smell of cigarettes in the air for the entire stay (even in my room). Bathroom floor that flooded whenever using the shower due to poor design creating a serious slip hazard. Who ever painted the room needs to be sacked. Didn't even get a full roll of toilet paper when I arrived! The bloody toilet wasn't even secured to the floor! Room apeared clean but on closer look found dead bugs on the floor, cigarettes by the windowsill. Location isn't too bad but it's definitely in the more dodgy part of town. Found the bloke that runs the place to be rude. Other staff appeared nice though

Got there at 4pm and waited 20 mins for a “better room”. Then told the tv in that room did not work, so requested the room that wasn’t “better” with working tv. This room was filthy with scum in shower, grass growing from drainage, dirty basin, used soap in shower and basin, two excuses for pillows and torn and stained sheets I had to make the bed. No teaspoons and the kettle did not work. No assistance or apology from management for this he mumbled something and walked away. Neighbours were noisy and honked car horns repeatedly at 0730. NOT IMPRESSED.

This place was not in or even near Perth city as advertised It had no signage to indicate where it was on the street It was dirty, had not been cleaned There was an open window with no fly wire Dead flies and bugs on the windowsill & a half drunk bottle of ice tea left there The smell of smoke was overwhelming, the mattresses were thin and you could feel the bed frame underneath, the door was hard to lock Check in / reception was not professional We left immediately, too dirty and smelly to stay

Bed was dirty, millipedes crawling on floor, other guests talking in the hallway the entire night, children kicking balls against my room door, had to change rooms because the original room door lock was broken, there's more but I'll stop. I think you should get the picture by now. It was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had!

The aircon was good and close to were i was going thats it. no hooks to hang your clothes. It needs a small table at least. lock on door missing part to close properly also a self would be good this place needs an upgrade needs fly screens

I have been here before so I know what to expect but I got a pretty good last minute deal. The position was great as I had appointments nearby the next days. This motel needs some TLC and some investments done. The handle of my room door was sticky taped on. No blanket on the bed, only a sheet and a bed cover. Room was very clean and had all I needed.
