Convenient place to stay close to city centre
We arrived around 5pm, just before the reception closed. Overnight parking is extra at AUD10 per night which is reasonable. Car park has some weird direction arrows. The ground floor lobby is shared between PCCS (Perth Central City Stay Apartment Hotel) and Inner City Apartments Perth! We got apartment 208 with 2 bedrooms. The doors jammed and requires force to open. Apartment has some smell but we can hardly open any windows to air it. One of 3 bedroom side table lamps does not work. 1 of 4 stove knobs is missing. The cold water knob fell off! Called the night manager but basically she says it will be logged but no service is available! Luckily we can still operate the shower. The washing machine works but makes a heck of a racket that we can only use it in the morning! Internet is provided- limited to a total of 1GB pr apartment per day but the speed was god awful. We all reverted to running off my Boost mobile hotspot. Consider wifi as non-functional. Likewise, the door signs says we could exit to Level 1 car park via L1 exit but it was non-functional! So, only exit to car park is ground floor behind the lobbies. Late checkout is 11am. Other than convenient location, there is not much to recommend PCCS. It does have the free CAT bus line running past it!

Rooms are good size and have everything you need, just doesn’t all work or isn’t complete. Eg no batteries in remotes, kettle wouldn’t shut of, couch bit rough. Rest was great for family of four. Walls bit thing (noisey) and had few teams in the weekend we were there so was noisey inside out out,

Cheap hotel - not great
It was very cheap, but not really comfortable. Needed a lot of maintenance. For 1 night (couple of hours really) it was ok. Wouldn’t stay again. Area is a bit sketchy. Room was old, light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work. Bedroom looked like an infirmary. Ceiling fan was very noisy. Anyway, we were looking for a cheap place to stay overnight and we found it.

The apartment hotel is very centrally located and suffice as an overnight stop. It is near a factory outlet and a mall. The apartment is spacious but run down and basic in furnishing. But given the price, it is great value for money. Beds are firm and comfortable.

Handy area but very ordinary otherwise.
Very ordinary lady on desk told me would get a clean on Wednesday when arriving and on Wednesday told me I’m not getting one and we were there 10nights. Pretty run down

The other Guests, Guests forgot what time it Was to go to sleep, Noisey guests all nite, late nite entry was tricky entry with room key, rooms were not presented very well, the whole of the apartments were in need of restoration badly, a very sad place to stay at

The hotel is extremely close to watertown and 3 minutes to the city on a cat bus. However It was dirty around the pool area, it obviously doesn't get cleaned very often, the room is dated and need some maintenance done, it said parking was yet I had to pay $10 for parking

The closeness to the C,B,D. The space in the apartment and all the extras, eg washing machine/dryer etc. Plus the staff they were lovely and always giving us good advice................overall really good.

Simple and nice stay.
Stayed one night, no major issues on this apartment hotel. Opposite as the Watertown outlet, good for a quick shopping but do note the opening hours. Coles was a 15mins walk, good for a walk during spring.

The parking is bad. You need to leave a $200 deposit which you don’t know about. The money took a long time to be refunded. Bad business. The location is great though. Big rooms but they really need to be updated.

we booked a two bedroom apartment. it was clean but a bit rundown. sufficient utensils to cook a meal. plenty of carpark but lot is a bit tight. was charged $10 fir parking but for multiple entries so it was a good deal. quiet street after dark with no restaurants within visible distance.

Budget Hotel convenient for the city.
We booked last minute, after being double booked elsewhere. Not the best rooms, they could do with some refurbishment, but were good enough for our short stay. The hotel is convenient for getting around the city. Both green and yellow CAT bus stops are nearby. Reception was friendly and helpful. Be aware the kitchen is functional. It has a microwave, fridge freezer, and a hob etc. It does not have an oven.

The place was fine and just a five minute walk to the centre of the city. The photos of the place on line are a little different to the from we stayed in but I would stay there again.

Affordable Apartment Hotel
Affordable apartment hotel. We stayed in a 2-room apartment and good for our family of 4 adults. For us, food is expensive in Perth, so we cooked our own food. Kitchen facilities are complete; stove, rice cooker, microwave,heater jug, pans, plates, etc. We also save on laundry bills as did our own laundry. There is a complete laundry facility; washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Bus stop is right in front and train station is just 1 bus stop away and within a walking distance. Lastly, check in and check out was easy and fast.

Deserves a 2.5 stars only
Our family stay was minimalistic. I don't think the accommodation would rate the advertised 3.5 stars in any of the major Asian cities. 1. Parking at the apartment. Lots are limited and are (too) narrow. It's not possible to park next to a SUV or pickup. (We were told subsequently - too late - that we could park at Watertown if the apartment lots were full - which happened on one of the days). 2. Low water pressure. We couldn't get a good spray for a good shower. 3. Cleaners. It seems that they just changed the towels. The bar (coffee/tea/sugar), bath shower gel & toilet paper wasn't refilled. It would also be great if we could separate our waste for recycling. They also ask that you remove "excess" waste/trash yourselves 4. Kitchen utensils. They were adequate but the frying pan & toaster should be retired already. A warning notice about the smoke detector would be helpful. We accidentally set it off when we burnt the toast! 5. Tourism materials. There was a varied assortment of tourism materials but it would have been nice if we (first timers to the city) were handed the free CAT schedule on checking in. 6. Others. We discovered that Optus has a $10 prepaid 7 day plan (15GB!) that you could buy from Coles/ Woolworths (it was 50% off at Woolworths on Wednesday!). This would be very helpful if offered at the check in desk.

Hi Paul, firstly, thank you for sending your feedback. please note that we are only a 3 star hotel, parking is unfortunate and we are in works with City of Perth to arrange a better carparking for the future and you have our sincere apologies for the unfortunate parking issue as for cleaning, our cleaning works with 2 tasks a mid stay, which is a top up of all items in the room, and a full service which is provided based on the number of days the stay is for. Please know that i have spoken with the housekeeping team with regards to them not filling all items, and steps will be taken to ensure this from happening again for the kitchen, please note that housekeeping have been systematically replacing the kitchen items now to ensure this does not happen in the future, i apologize for the inconvenience. as for the CAT Bus timetables, we agree and these are usually readily available to all guests however we are still waiting on them to send us some more, but thank you for that feedback With your idea to offer sim cards at the reception, this is a fantastic idea, however we are not licenced to sell these as it requires a licence from the telecommunications ombudsman. again thank you for sending us your feedback, we hope that should you return to perth you will consider Perth Central City Stay for your accommodation needs. Thank you for feedback Marian, sorry you felt parking was extra we could have charged you higher rate & included parking but as the carpark is not the hotels we need to cover costs of this which CPP charge strata owners $67K per year to have the parking spots they have told us as management to charge the fees for parking to try recover the CPP fees regards Manager

Room was as the last guests had left it, not cleaned . Had to wait 75 munites while staff cleaned it. Check in was supposed to be 2 o'clock. Stove smelled off eggs.

thank you for feedback reception hours are 7am until 7pm except for Saturday evenings as per welcome letter however night manager is available by calling reception. Power circuits are for 3 units so sometimes hard to find issue as may not have been in your apartment causing issue regards

Dirty room and arrogant rude manager
When making my reservation I specifically rung to discuss my needs, spoke to a man and he clarified all would be fine. Upon arrival my desires were not met, in fact they were the further est from my discussed needs as possible, the manager claimed he was the only male there and that he hadn't spoken to me about it, then did a quick change of mind and said there were other call centres with men. Booked a two bedroom apartment with two singles and a queen.. had two rooms, one with two singles, the other with two singles pushed together?? Arrived to blood splatter all over the front door of the room, told the manager instantly and it was removed four days later Was told by front office lady that our requests hadnt been met because they had had an influx of two day stays come in so we were bumped. yet we were staying for twelve nights. Of course got the if you want to leave we will refund you, but being school holidays finding a replacement was never going to happen. Coffee cups in cupboard and two plates still had food and drink remnants on/in them. Bathroom shower, toilet and sink didnt drain so we had water every where each shower time Manager tried to use the cleaning ladies as a scapegoat because when we went to the room the room wasnt done, as in no sheets, not clean, not serviced.. Yet I spoke to the cleaners and they didnt have our room on the list for check ins.. Manager was put simply an arrogant, rude man who took no ownership over anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
