Parking is a joke paid over $750 for 2 nights with no financial help with regards to parkin. Restaurant not open in Evening's or lunch at all so not sure how you can advertise room with 24h hour room service. Rooms with its no view what so ever nothing like the pictures. I would advise staying away from this hotel for the price its priced way over value..

nice hotel, breakfast isn’t the best especially for $30 per person! everything was cold and soggy. went to get yoghurt and it was sour and chunky overall the hotel rooms were nice and clean when arrived. However room cleaning services aren’t the best as we didn’t get our room cleaned the whole 2 nights we stayed here

We chose the Rydges because if it's proximity to RAC Arena and value. It was perfect for our overnight stay. Wouldn't pick it if you wanted a view though. Thankfully that wasn't relevant for us.

Clean, great location ... don't expect dinner.
Was for a concert, so location is excellent for RAC Arena. Was clean and great views. The restaurant wasn't open; however, there are great places within walking distance to dine at.

Thia propery has no in room dining for breakfast. Very unsual for a Rydges branded hotel. In room dining for dinner is very limited as well. No 24 hour room service or lack of choice . Might as well not exist. No on site parking and staff not trained to let customers no where to park. Mould in tgthe e shower. Very disappointing stay. Way overpriced for the lack of amenities and service provided. Even when a complaint is made you get talked over by a duty manager. Plus the duty manager becomes argumentative and unsure how to rectify the situation raised. Would rather try to forget about the situation or try to argue her way out of it. Very poor customer service and unsure how this hotel is still operating. Hotel based in the city of Perth as well. When we rung to enquire about dinner before our stay. Staff members attitude was not to worry about the resturant at the hotel. He gave us another resturant recommendation for dinner. Even the staff arent confident in the hotels service.

Hi Renee,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and also taking the time to speak with me earlier.As mentioned, I am quite surprised about your comments around out F&B offering. 1 day prior to arrival we advised all guests about our F&B offering and restaurant service hours. I note that this message was sent via the Expedia message platform. We certainly do have a 24hr menu which is very limited. It is essentially designed for travelers who want a quick bite. We acknowledge that some guests would like more options and hence we recommend guests to experience the restaurants around the hotel.With regards to the parking situation, I am still puzzled that you were informed about a car park that we did not know existed. On 13/09 you messaged us about the room and car park and we advised you that we have an affiliation with Wilson @ Raine Sq however when you called a day later you say we informed you to park in an alternate spot. Sincere apologies for the miscommunication. Renee, thank you again for your feedback and from such feedback we will continue to improve our offerings.

Few things we were very disappointed with, mould in the bathroom tables dirty aswell, room service ?? Couldn’t find the menu online or in the room when I called no answer, could hear people walking and talking when we were in the room not sound proof at all

Walking distance to Northbridge, Hay and Murray street. Conveniently located. No parking facilities in the hotel. However, it offers a special rate at nearby Wilson parking for A$25 per entry or A$30 multiple entries, ideal if you need to drive back n forth. The only disappointment I had was the front desk lady, didn’t get her name, apparently she is from South America, she could not provide information on nearest car rental companies. That was a let down! Shouldn’t she be in touch with the surroundings! This spoilt my impression of the hotel otherwise I would have given a perfect score.

Hotel service was friendly and efficient, Room was a bit tired, however considering price point was probably expected. Bathroom/Shower could have been Cleaner. Location is excellent for access to city and plenty of restaurants close by. In house Barista coffee was terrible! We had a rental car, and parked on street. it was easy to get a park after 6pm. Our room was at the rear of level 6 and had a poor outlook into a brick wall and vacant lot next door. Room served purpose, but would probably not stay again.

All the staff were lovely and super helpful. The room we stayed in was stunning and loved the facilities. The breakfast was really nice as well. Only constructive feedback is that the tv needs to be updated to include chromecast like other hotels.
