The hotel is is an amazing location. It need a renovation and a refresh. It's starting to look a little tired. But I will be back.

Great location but Cottesloe is being rebuilt so looking tired. Sea & walking great. The hotel is apparently being renovated in 2024/5 the bedding was old we needed fresh crisp bedding as soon as we arrived.

The property itself is rundown and needs some money spent on it, but the room was nice overall and an awesome ocean view. I wish I'd been informed before booking that the sunday session would be pumping loud music into our room until 10pm, as I was staying with my 4 year old.

Great customer service, room had alot of space, bed was comfortable. X3 bins that came in handy. Carpet was stained and dirty, tables were very sticky. I got charged for x2 chocolate bars from mini bar that I did not consume or take. Next time i will take a photo for proof.

Nice and close to where we needed to go. Big room. Shower floor was a little dirty. Building is pretty old and could do with an upgrade. Table & chairs in the room are very old and well worn, other than that staff are very friendly and it's a nice view to the ocean :)

The staff were lovely and room was clean but the building is very old and outdated and needs things replaced in the rooms and the lobby. Car parking is limited and very compacted in.

It was a clean room, but very old. a bit noisy. mould in the bathroom ceiling. staff were amazing very pleasant.

A great place to stay for chilling out near the beach, Long walks along the foreshore, great amenities around the area, staff very friendly and although the Hotel is quite old it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again
