Very clean and spacious room, staff are very friendly and obliging. The only downside is that they are cashless in the bar and restaurants. We decided to eat and drink elsewhere on principle.

Long queue at Saturday afternoon checkin and only two people serving. Staff were amazing on the front desk and not ruffled by this. Surprised no liners in the rubbish bins in the room. Thanks for having us. We will be back. First time stayers.

I booked 3 rooms it was sooooooo hot the air conditioning was on but it was still hot the temperature was so hot even at it’s coldest - had to go home and get 3 x fans for the whole 3 days stay. Was not able to eat dinner at the restaurant as it was closed the whole time. Breakfast was nice but on our last day they had no more hash browns instead was replaced with just cooked roasted potatoes which did not go with the breakfast. The staff was really nice thou.

Nice but needs a refresh
It’s a lovely but dated hotel. The room was clean and fresh, but some of the common areas had not been vacuumed once during our four day stay. Our bathroom needed attention with dripping taps, looses fittings like toilet roll holders, a cracked sink and few light fittings not working. All in all, minor problems, so not sure why they are not addressed by management. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, however the hot food did not rotate, making the daily breakfast a bit tedious for longer stay visitors. Yes, I would stay again as it presents good value, but it could be so much better with proper attention to detail by management.

Even though i had paid and received confirmation. They didnt honour my booking leaving me straned at midnight in an unfamiliar city.. the teqm at Woyif were wondeful and set me up with wonderful alternate accommodation..

No toilet fan when showering it steamed up and parking was awkward for 4x4 s and when leaving the car park no one told us you need to go to receptoin to get a card to leave
