The location of this apartment was located near several restaurants and grocery stores. Very accommodating, beautiful neighborhood, quiet and peaceful.

Great apartment and location
Perfect for my needs, fantastic location so close to Angelo street cafes and Coles. Light and bright, loved the trees and birds outside the window and the large balcony.

Room for improvement
The accommodation is adequate but could be better. The key safe unit is cumbersome and difficult to use. The washing machine was not working during our stay but presumably will / has been fixed. The toilet flush is so fierce it literally throws water out of the bowl. On the plus side it is situated in a lovely part of Perth, is close to some shops and a couple of cafes. Just let down by some little details.
