"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The hotel is modern and in excellent condition. The room was comfortable and adequate in size. We took advantage of its central location to enjoy breakfast at several local restaurants. The onsite self-laundry was very welcome. I compared many hotels in the area before choosing this one. Save yourself the trouble and just book this one. You won't regret it."

"Free bottle of excellent wine from Western Australia. Excellent breakfast buffett. Restaurant faced pedestrian bridge with bicyclers and walkers going by. The bridge had access to King's Park a short 15 minute walk away and bike pathes along Swan River. "

"Great location, but no pullin for checkin/checkout makes it hard to access. Also during our stay their was a bunch of old beds dumped right outside the hotel (looked like it was hotel garbage) - very messy"
