Mid Week Romantic Sneak
Beginning with communication from Jason alerting us to early check-in to checkout the next day, everything is fine. We wish we would have discovered this location sooner. We enjoyed the comfortable room complete with amenities. Despite being in a room facing the Tanjong Tokong road our room was surprisingly quiet. Lunch at Ido Ichi in the building then dinner just across the street at No Eyed Dear. 2 of our favorite restaurants made our day & evening complete.

It's a nice and well-equipped property. Though exterior it kind of look like and seasoned building, but accommodation is well maintain and updated. Also, I accidentally left by daughter's favourite water bottle after checked out. The reception is kind enough to help me ship the bottle back to me safely. Kudos!

Great service at check in Apartment and pool very clean Great location Bus to most parts of Penang leaves from front of building Supermarket coffee shop chemist Money changer in building ATM across the road Highly recommend Omara on front desk was so lovely

Very good services from the counter but no room services. I am pleased with the customer service by one of the lady colleague. She is very helpful. Might think of providing some Room Services like clearing the rubbish and changing the bath towel.

Spacious for family
Spacious room and big kitchen for 4 people stay or a small family members. Cold Storage and lots of restaurants nearby all in walkable distance. Toilet paper can have more for comfort for the tenants next time if possible . Tight security system so it’s very safe to stay there. It’s very near to go to town as well and to the quay . Overall very good experience to stay , will book the same place in future if travelling to Penang next time

Good value but at some price
I did not stay long enough to be able to claim that I can truly assess the quality of Luxfort 118. But long enough to note that access is a major problem for anyone with any handicaps. There were too many steps to get to and from the elevators to our car. Getting hot water was an issue because I kept forgetting that it is not "on tap", I had to hit the button 5 minutes before use. The place is quite far from the historical area of Georgetown.

Mixed feelings
Agree with other reviewer. My room was dark and felt like a bunker. One window total and it was in bedroom facing a wall. 5th floor rooms are near pool but also have a walkway around the perimeter making it unsecure to open windows. Very limited tv options in English. I liked the location as it is more residental and a short bus ride away from major shopping but empty mall was bit creepy. Lady at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent property for young children
We booked a double bed with an additional pull-out mattress for the kids, and as we've stayed here before we were upgraded to an apartment with two beds (one in the bedroom, one in the main living room). Additionally, we were given a room that was right outside the pool, which was ideal for the kids. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which has a large sunny area but also lots of shade for young children. The condition of the apartment itself was excellent, it had everything we needed. The lady that met us when we arrived (and who we've met before when we stayed) was very welcoming and helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Add in the Cold Storage in the basement that's open until 10pm, the free parking (make sure you let them know beforehand if you need to park), and it amounted to the perfect place to stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Penang.

Great value, excellent quality
We found this property to be of a great standard for the price paid. We are a family with two young children. The main bedroom we left for the kids, so we could stay up a little later. All apartment fittings are new and are great quality. Car parking directly underneath, along with a great supermarket. A couple of cafes for a coffee. We caught Grabs into Batu Ferringhi at night. Super easy. Pool and spa are really clean and awesome lookout. Staff were really friendly with great communication. I'd highly recommend this property and we'd certainly stay again.

Feels like home.
Thanks to excellent service provided by front desk officer, Mdm Omera, our check-in was done quickly and smoothly. Room was excellent with huge spaces, beautiful view and wonderful cleanliness. With house appliances available such as washer, dryer and stove, it made the whole stay very homely. A plus point was the great WIFI connection.

In terms of facilities, I can said fantastic and excellent. The only drawback is the speed of WiFi, normal surfing is okay, but not suitable for video. Anyway will definitely come back again. P/S: Location is strategic also, near to Tesco, Cold Storage and Gurney Shopping Mall.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thanks Omera for the assistance throughout our stay. This service apartment is excellent. Good location, many eateries around and safe in security. My Dad loves it's clean and beautiful swimming pool at the 5th floor. Perfect!

Great location about 20 mins walk to Gurney Plaza, got a Cold Storage, Guardian and good Japanese restaurant, all just downstairs. Plenty of eateries nearby too and easy access to public transport. Uber is convenient and a typical trip to Gurney is just 3-4 ringgit and I booked it to the airport for about 30 ringgit.

Nice service suites
I would recommend the family suites for thoese who travel with family as it provide ample space and best thing is they provide washing machine and dryer. Anyway i think they can improve in their parking services. They should provide parking card access rather than paying the tenant cash on parking entry.

Arrived by taxi had a little difficulty locating the reception as it was tucked away from main thorough fare. With 2 suitcases it was a little struggle with steps toward the lift. Otherwise all is good with excellent location and facility
