Wifi Issues
Pre check in process was easy and property communicated with me. Location was okay, a little further away from most of the tourist areas 20 min walk to Opera. Room looked different from the photos of the listing. We had a major issue on our last night with the wifi disconnecting and never getting restored again. We didn’t have data on our phone so it was a huge inconvenience for as as we were unable to access any flight information or bus/ride share apps to get to the airport. I’ve reached out to the property manager for a resolution but haven’t heard back yet. Only got one phone call asking to rate my stay and the rep didn’t stay on the phone to help me. VRBO gave me the same response- said they couldn’t do anything and I would need to talk to the property manager.

Ubicación en zona exclusiva de París. A 5 minutos a pié de la Ópera y min a pié de metro linea 9 que te lleva al puente del Alma. Limpio y bien distribuido. Tranquilo y buen acceso. Para repetir seguro.

En general bastante bien, muy bien ubicado. Pequeño pero no nos ha sorprendido porque era lo esperado. La única pega pero importante era que olía bastante mal el baño y tiene un extactor funcionando toda la noche que no se puede apagar.
