This is a very interesting hotel. Really a Boutique Hotel. The staff are awesome and extremely helpful. The room was a good size. We would have given higher marks if the room was not so dusty. we typically wipe down surfaces with sanitary wipes to protect against Covid and flu. When we did, the wipe quickly turned grey from the layer of dust on many surfaces, such as counter tops and bedside night stands.
Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel to friends and if we are able to return to Paris, would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent location and public transportation. Great staff always taking care of the customers. The hotel rooms need to be updated, they are in really bad condition. The room was liking water from the air conditioner and the floor was wet. Really bad room condition.

We strongly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and conveniently located near many great restaurants and the Metro station. The staff specially Amman & Ahcene are so warm, welcoming, and helpful! Also, we used the breakfast buffet which was great!

Everything was great really, simple and fast check-in/check-out, clean rooms, amazing service and staff. Plus the hotel is in a nice are just in front of many public transportation, nice restaurants, pubs and many facilities...
very nice time at Alesia Mercure Hotel. i had a 6 floor room with small balcony and street view; very clean, nice&cozy room, coffee, tea, water and coke from the house. quiet area, nice surrondings and good choice to eat nearby. very nice and helpful people

Hotel is completely disorganized. 25 minutes for check in. No line. Stayed 4 nights, the bathroom wasn't not properly clean any day! The bed was nor properly made a single day, Internet extremely bad.Disconnected every 10 or 15 minutes
Clean, quiet and modern hotel right on the tram line - easy access to Porte de Versailles!Also close to Alesia metro stop with dome restaurants in the area.
Excellent location for the metro and tram into Paris. Staff were really helpful. Very quiet inside the hotel. Our room had a very small balcony but the doors fully opened meaning you could let in plenty of fresh air.
The room was clean and hotel is in a good area. Train station, bus station & tram stop is literally outside the hotel. Affordable restaurants around but the only bad thing about the hotel is that it charges €3,50 for a bottle of water instead of giving guests 2free bottles of water on arrival. Otherwise staff were nice and helpful . Will recommend this to others
This was my first trip outside of North America. I wasn’t sure what to expect being a solo traveler, but let me tell you. The staff here are incredible. I don’t speak really any French, so it was nice that they spoke English. At night when the doors locked, it felt like they were really looking out for you. They greet you each time you come and go. The room was super clean. The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

I like the proximity to the Metro. Check-in was swift. Room was clean. I disliked the rain shower - pretty poor to be honest. Less than half of the streams were actually working. Enough to have a shower but a bit disappointing.
