It was noisy at the mornings that I had to wake up everyday when they started cleaning. the room was very small. Not like the images at all. Aside from the wifi of the room wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working as well. Not enough air flows into the room

Staff were friendly but tried to enter our room when we were in there asleep a few times. Area around hotel not good, didn’t feel safe walking around at night. Close to metro stations which is good. There are shops and takeaways within walking distance. Windows don’t have safety locks, not suitable for children. Most guests were French, not many English people. Overall good hotel, wasn’t unhappy with our stay but wouldn’t stay again :)

Hotel was in unsafe area. No air conditioning we had to open the window to have some air. When we opened the window all the noise cigarettes smoke came in we could not sleep. Staff would get upset when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. Lockers to keep luggage safe while we waited to be checked in didnt work.

The hotel was very reasonably priced, but the product was good all the same. The staff at reception were very attentive and helpful, very pleasant.

The reception staffs do not have any standard of customer service compare to any 3rd world countries. I will say worse then any 3rd world countries which some stances better then this hotel.

Terrible hotel
Do not book this hotel the rooms are very basic. Smells of urine in the lifts and you wouldn't want to walk about after dark. Very disappointing.

Totally understand that being a budget hotel I wasn't expecting masses of luxury or amenities, but the area around the hotel was terrible with a large proportion of the buildings to the one side derelict, and large amount of homeless camps in the area. The hotel staff were pleasant but the hotel room was not the greatest. The shower had two settings, either boiling or freezing and the shower head only stayed in an odd direction, with bits missing on the tap, and the extractor fan growing only knows what as it's clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. When we had checked in we had to proceed to make one of the beds as all that was there was a mattress and a bag with all the sheets and pillows. It does overlook a major road (but we knew this before booking) but with the weather being so warm, we had the choice of either loud traffic noise all night, or a very warm hotel room as there was no fan/air conditioning available. A note for any other parents with young children, that the windows opened fully without any safety locks or features (we were on the 7th floor)

This place is gross
This place is gross. The staff are terrible; they're extremely rude and unhelpful and wouldn't give us an extra pillow. The only good thing about this place is the location, and even that's not amazing. Would not recommend.

Stay far away
The streets leading to the hotel are filthy. It is basically in the worst neighborhood in Paris. The elevator was broken from the parking garage. There is no ac. Rooms do not look clean. There was a party going on outside our door and no one came to stop it until 3 am. I was somewhat scared for my life

The staff was accommodating and friendly; however the area around the hotel is sketchy and full of trash. The rooms were not the cleanest, some mold(?) and stains. Close to metro stops and convenience stores. Worked well as just a place to sleep for my stay.

At this hotel, we didn't like that the toilet, shower and sink were all separate. The sink was on the other side of the room which was quite inconvenient. The area around the property had a lot of homeless people and a lot of dog mess around, though there was a nearby Lidl which was very handy. The room was clean when we arrived which is always nice. The lifts were big enough for a pram which we found that is not the case for all hotels. At breakfast there were highchairs for a baby which is good. Breakfast was mostly good though on our first morning, things weren't always kept well stocked due to a large group of school students. The staff on arrival were alright. I speak some French and could have got by, but the reception staff at the time seemed to prefer to use his grumpy English. And when I asked where breakfast would be, he only grunted and pointed in the general direction. The proximity to the sacre cœur was nice. It wasn't too close but to be within walking distance was good.

The area of the hotel wasn't good at all. Didn't feel safe and the pictures were not reliable . The plugs weren't working and the walls so thin it was noisy . Also they didn't inform us that we had to pay for luggage storage .
