The location was close to many of the places we wanted to visit. There were wonderful restaurants nearby. All in all, we loved the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small but the bathroom was quite roomy. We would absolutely stay there again.

This is my fifth? time staying here and like usual, the staff is great: Jordi is adorable. The night guy was helpful in getting a taxi to show up early for our early morning flight to CDG ($75). However, like my previous review, (I made two concurrent reservations in March 2024): time to update the place, please! There’s a lot of newer, nicer places to stay, and things here don’t seem to have been updated since 2016? We stayed in the bottom floor room next to the elevator, which wasn’t a huge nuisance. Easy in and out. But the room—like others in this hotel—are pretty tiny (usual for Paris). So, both of those factors make it seem a little less private (even with the “small” courtyard terrace). Maybe opt for a higher floor for more privacy. I would love to come back, Victoire et Germain. Please consider a few updates, merci beaucoup

My usual hotel in the 6th arrondissement, Saint Germain des Pres. Pros: Really great staff especially Jordi, and excellent location, especially near eateries, bars, and within walking distance to the Seine. But quiet/good soundproofing. The Deluxe room is huge compared to most Paris rooms. However, after coming from a newer place, my usual place seemed a little lackluster: showing a bunch of wear and tear on the wooden floors; minor, yet unsightly mildew on shower tiles; no USB ports; humidity in the inner hallways; kinda disappointed by the individual shampoo/conditioners (instead of the more sustainable full-sizes other places have, and the full-size shower gel I did have was mostly empty). Also, it feels a bit cheap to try to entice people with a full mini-bar. Maybe waiting to redo after this summer’s Olympics? Might be nice to at least make some of the smaller changes? Repeat customers would appreciate it

I've stayed in this little gem of a hotel many times and continue to love it more after each stay! Even though it's in the center of the Saint Germain des Près/Odéon neighborhood of Paris, it's a comfy little oasis of calm. The staff are so nice and the location is ideal!

Highly recommend! Fantastic location in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The room is small, but normal for Europe. The staff were kind and helpful always. We also appreciated the small perks like 24/7 free filtered still/sparking water and coffee. We would absolutely rebook on our next trip to Paris. Merci!

Perfect boutique hotel
My friend and I stayed for two nights to celebrate her birthday in Paris-the hotel was absolutely perfect! It is in an amazing location in St Germain and walkable to many attractions. It is a boutique hotel with personalized service, everyone was so helpful & friendly. The room was ready early & was the perfect size for two people. Bed & pillows were comfy & the bathroom quite large. I would highly recommend staying here!

Quirky, stylish, comfortable, clean
Quirky and stylish little hotel steps away from St. Germain Bd. Close to more than a few metro stations (Odeon and Mabilion) and an easy walking distance away from RER train stations (Luxemburg and St. Michel) and to Notre Dame, Louvre, Pompidou and the Marais area. The place seems to be recently renovated and is clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were all kind and helpful. Room was quite compact but in line with Paris standards. Easily recommended.

This is a small boutique hotel, in a great location, the rooms are small, but the bathrooms have a great shower, and are spacious. The breakfast is perfect, to start your day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have personnel the 24 hours, so you are never alone. We appreciate Marie, who helped us in the mornings with our breakfast. Great fresh juice and crepes.

Great location. Lovely room with AC and a large bath in just the classic room style. I loved the free chocolate croissants they left out and as much water as we desired. Great touch. Will recommend. Thank you for starting out Europe trip on such a great foot!

Nice little hotel.
I didn't realize how small the hotel was from the description. Nice boutique hotel. Good location to restaurants and shopping . Area is good for walking. 15 to 20 minute walk to Louvre and Museum D'Orsay. Doesn't have a restaurant. Only has small breakfast option available.

I’d like to give this hotel five stars. But, I don’t want to confuse any — this is not a 5 star hotel. It is very small, with average size rooms and few amenities. However, it is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and updated. The location is within a short walk or short taxi ride to many of Paris’ shopping and attractions.

Great little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There are probably less than 15 rooms at the hotel, and you are required to leave the old-school key when you leave the hotel. But this isn't an issue and the front desk is always staffed. Great neighborhood and convenient to the metro.

Great Room, great staff, great neighborhood!
My fiance' and I stayed at the Hôtel Victoire & Germain for 3 nights. We loved it! The front desk staff was personable and helpful to a person, and they all spoke fluent English, which was helpful to us. The room was clean and cute, and the neighborhood was amazing! Vibrant, and brimming with restaurants and bars--there were like 10 restaurants just on the little street it was on, with 7 or 8 different nationalities of food represented. Definitely will stay there again next time!

Room were clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable! Bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of space. You leave your key at the desk when you leave and give your name and room number to receive it when you return. Staff was always available and friendly. Because we booked VIP on expedia we were given a free bottle of wine with our stay which was delicious! Location is walkable to Notre Dame and the river. We walked to the Lourve as well. Many dining options nearby.

The hotel is located in a good area with restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. There is a michelin star restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Area felt safe. This was a VIP access hotel but no VIP benefits offered.
