will never regret booking at Fairmont Hot Springs
"We returned to hotel after a visit a few days earlier. Again, the staff was able to assist us in not having a room that required the use of stairs. This time we were on the mountain side of the hotel which we had a great view from our balcony (which we sat and had coffee and enjoyed the view frequently during our stay.) we had access to the elevator that got us anywhere we needed to go in the hotel. Love this hotel and will return frequently. Thank you to the staff at Fairmont for the great service."
