We were at Epcot all day. We went back to our room exhausted and hot from walking all day. We went to take showers and there was no hot water! It was late and we left a message at the front desk to alert the manager.

We usually stay in the Lake View rooms, but due to this being a last minute trip and the hotel being booked, we stayed in the Garden View. Room was very clean, but not comparable to Lake View in room size or amenities. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but will prefer Lake View. Shout out to Bellhop, Shelton! He always makes our stay welcoming and entertaining! A definite star of Wyndham!!!

Our rooms air conditioning performance was weak. As we were checking in we were greeting by a very aggressive group of people trying to sign us up for a meeting about a new Wyndham resort. Was not our best visit.

Very pleasant hotel for the price! Very clean, comfortable bed, nice pool, quiet at night and right next to Disney Springs! I loved staying here. They also offer shuttle to Disney. Overall a great stay!

The rooms need microwaves and better shower/water pressure. Otherwise, itā€™s clean and the location is phenomenal. Shuttles make it easy to get around Disney. Staff is helpful and friendly. Thereā€™s a cafe in the lobby for a quick coffee before you get on the shuttle.

The property was clean and staff was friendly. The only problem we faced was that they placed us in a room that was where trucks were picking up and dropping off stuff every morning at 6 AM. It would wake up my toddlers and ruin our entire day because we were all tired the rest of the day. Otherwise the hotel is nice.

We originally booked a room in one of the garden hotels off to the side of the actual tower. when booking it wasnā€™t clear that we were going to be in that section. Upon arrival, I was disappointed because that area is more like a motel and itā€™s very easy to hear through the walls, the rooms are cute and remodeled, but the ceilings are low and the light is very dim and it just didnā€™t have the feeling I was hoping for. Luckily we were able to upgrade to the tower. Apparently the tower is a totally separate property and you can tell. although the bathrooms arenā€™t updated that nicely, the bedrooms are much more inviting with high ceilings, lots of light and we had an amazing view of all of Disney . Thankfully, with that upgrade we had an amazing time and if we go back, we would definitely stay on the property, but it would have to be in the tower. The pool is absolutely lovely and the food from the pool bar was actually quite good. The pool staff were extremely friendly.

It was a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs and close to the parks! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly. Pool area was really nice and family friendly.

We were supposed about a resort fee and parking fee, the room was hot and very noisy. Why would you charge a guest to park their own vehicle? That's just gouging.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There were no bathroom cups. The tub floor creaked and moved while showering. The seemingly remodeled furnishings and finishes were poorly done. Not what I typically expect from a Wyndham Resort.

The property was great and so walkable to downtown Disney. Had a great time at the pool bar (bartenders were awesome). Only issue was the elevator situation.

I love that is so close to downtown disney and honestly it sounds weird, but NEVER have I smelled a cleaner hotel. We absolutely loved it. Breakfast was worth it, Joffreys was amazing. The pool was relaxing and gorgeous! Its like a 5 star resort on a 2.5 star budget. We will absolutely stay again if given the chqnce.
