the location was great, although you can't see haystack rock from there. The room was very clean and comfy but still felt overpriced given the season. The ceiling/upstairs floor was a little creaky so you could hear the neighbors above walking around. But overall, it was lovely and would stay there again.

Seemed like it was newly remodeled. Very clean and cozy spot to stay. The twin bed in the window was perfect for an adult woman. Close to the beach, coffee, shopping, and restaurants. The property was quiet accept you get a little bit of noise from the garages underneath.

The hotel and location were amazing. We had a great view of the ocean and everything was accessible. My only complaint is that our suite was on the lower floor and I didn’t get any sleep because of the guests upstairs (there were at least 4 of them and constantly stomping at all hours of the day/night). I called and went to the front desk 3 times and was dismissed (nothing changed for the remainder of our stay). So if you love an ocean view and hate sleep for $400/night this is the place for you!

The room was great, very close to the beach and parking was not a problem. The only issue with the room was the upstairs neighbors running around making tons of noise. I guess the walks are a bit thin, but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
