Just a few steps from the historic and beautiful Duntryleague Golf Course, Poet's House is centrally located to Kinross PLC and within walking distance to the cafes and restaurants of central Orange. Set in established gardens with a sunny landscaped courtyard entrance, the house is luxurious in a classic, contemporary style.

Poet's House provides a comfortable and stylish stay with great living areas indoors and out.
The pretty courtyard is private and well sheltered, warm in the cooler months with the western sun.
The large eastern terrace has beautiful views over the garden. It's perfect for afternoon drinks and informal dining.
The 2 living areas inside provides space for children to play and plenty of seating areas.
There is a Tivoli audio system, NBN wifi and Netflix and room for desktop devices. The dining area is very comfortable.
There are 4 bedrooms, a large queen size with ensuite, a 4 poster double with ensuite, and 2 rooms with either a double or 2 singles in each with a shared spa bathroom and separate toilet.
The kitchen is new and spacious with sufficient equipment for basic cooking, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large cooker.
Downstairs is a laundry area with washer and dryer, ironing and cleaning items.

Street parking or 2 space garage available

We are available within 30 minutes for any issues as well as contactable by phone- details are provided.

Everyone has their favourite time of the year in this garden city with it's 4 very distinct seasons.
The arrival of Autumn is always welcome. The first of the colour in March, golds and russet and claret, is followed by cold winters, often with snow.
Spring in October is heavenly- flowering bulbs, cherry and apple blossom.
And later, in summer, in time for christmas, cherries!

A relaxing girls weekend
The property felt very much like a home with a cosy lounge room, large kitchen and really comfortable beds. The front garden would also have been a lovely place to sit and chill if it had been a bit warmer. I would happily stay here again.

Great House in a nice location
This property was great - nice and sunny with a good layout for our large family group. 2 ensuites was a bonus. Owner was great with communication and we enjoyed our stay
