Clean stay, Bistro service left lots to be desired
Our stay overall was great. Except Sunday morning my husband stood for 20 min at the Bistro to get breakfast repeatedly checking with the people in the kitchen for service and finally left, never being served or even given the chance to order.

Several guests had to wait in line at the front desk for 15 minutes or longer before someone showed up to check us in. Very strange that no one would be there at 4:00.

Restaurant and bar closed. No breakfast bar or even coffee. Spa broke. I paid extra to get these type of perks. No attempt to rectify or re-imburse. Attitude “oh well”!

Booked a hotel to take our kids swimming and hot tubbing. We even said that during check in and the front seat attendant said the hot tub was under construction. No apologies or anything. Pool was freezing.

The items that you you mentioned in your survey are unfortunately something that is not standard a Courtyard Brand. We do have free in room coffee, water to purchase as well as a restaurant style breakfast in our Bistro as listed on our website as well as mentioned upon check in. Nice stay!
Nice hotel, good location. My daughter was graduating from UNO and this provided a good base location. Lots of restaurants close-by. The staff was great and very accommodating during our stay. There is an eating area to get coffee, breakfast sandwich, etc in the lobby but it is not included with the cost of your stay and is on the pricey side. I wish there was a daily breakfast served like most other hotel chains, but that's just a Marriot thing I suppose. Overall, very satisfied.

The property is new, very nice and well maintained. The Keystone Trail is behind the property and is great for walking or biking. Bike rentals are on site.

Neither the coffe maker or microwave worked in the room. When reported an apology was given but no attempt to remedy. Actions of other guests at the pool were atrocious and staff made no attempt to address

We got little to no sleep because we were on the third floor and there were kids on the top floor running and screaming off and on most of the night. Also, Staff had no clue what the pricing on items were before we wanted to purchase them.

Good except cleaning crew in AM
The check in was great and the room was awesome. There isn't a breakfast and we were super put off by the cleaning crew walking in the room while we still sleeping. 8:40 am. Check out isn't until noon.

Although check-in was easy the staff was not very welcoming. My sheets on my bed were rough but the bed itself was comfortable. Could hear people slamming doors throughout the night the three days I stayed there. In the mornings getting coffee there is one poor girl cooking and making the coffee. She did everything great but people had to wait awhile to order. Again not her fault, but the bar area is not fully staffed like it should be in the morning or the evenings. Food tasted horrible that I never finished anything I ordered. Also the hotel did not offer any free water bottles during the length of my stay.
