PORTUGAL AND ESPECIALLY THE ALGARVE HAS AVOIDED THE WORST OF COVID19 CAFES, RESTAURANTS ALL SHOPS ARE NOW OPEN WE HAVE VACANCIES FROM OCTOBER 5TH TH JANUARY 3RD 120 METRES FROM THE WATERFRONT This modern 1st floor 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT with lift has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, TV with Satellite, Veranda at front looking over the jetty for the boats to Armona, Culatra and Farol with their great beaches There are lagoon beaches very safe for children and Atlantic beaches We have no swimming pool apart from the Municipal pool at the other side of town in Good sized patio at the back,-leading from the kitchen and rear bedroom Air Conditioning, video security entry system, etc. Satellite TV and free wi-fi There is lift in the building which also takes you up to the roof terrace with magnificent sea, city and mountain views.The previous tenants booked for two weeks in 2012 and stayed for six years! They are leaving on January 12th 2018 and this fine, well located apartment will be back for renting as from March 2nd 2018 we have one double bed and four single beds one bedroom is en suite fully airconditioned WELL BEHAVED PETS WELCOME

Great Apartment
This is a very well situated apartment in the old fishing town of Olhao with its cubist architecture. Two minutes walk to the ferry terminal where the ferry will take you to the islands of Armona and Culatra with their beautiful beaches. The famous Olhao fish market it 5 minutes walk along the waterfront and on Saturday the farmers bring in their goods to sell (very busy go early!). The terrace off of the kitchen is cool and has a table seating six . The furniture is homely and comfortable. The apartment is very secure with an entry system and a lift to the first floor. The owner was very helpful and always available if necessary.

Apartment of Contrasts
The apartment is well equipped, spacious and in a good location close to the ferry and local supermarket. The interior was clean and there was plenty of towels (albeit a little worn) and bedding. The owner was swift with communication and was very helpful and accomodating with taxis , late check in and checkout. Thank you. The apartment however shows signs of wear and tear (a broken blind, bath stained, shower head disjointed, broken umbrella) and the furniture is dated. The TV had and Wifi connections had unsightly wires in view and propped up on a paperback book. The draws were full of old leaflets and receipts (from 2013) . The rear patio had a broken and mouldy umbrella and was full of door mats drying on a line, a drying rack, buckets and mops, making the area unsightly. This was so disappointing as we chose the apartment over others because it had outside space but could not enjoy the space. This is definitely not a luxury apartment as described in the advert. The apartment has so much potential but currently feels very unloved and neglected.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
Comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment, ideally located close to ferry terminal as well as restaurants and supermarket. As the weather was very hot when we stayed there, we really appreciated the air conditioning as well as the cool terrace at the back where we ate breakfast every day. And being just a couple of minutes walk to the ferry was a real bonus as we took the ferry out to one of the islands on more than half the days we were there, to walk along the endless beaches and cool off in the sea. Being so close to the waterfront was also great in the evenings as we could stroll down to watch the sunset before enjoying a meal in one of the many great restaurants in Olhao. Dr Mitchell arranged our transfers to and from the airport and was there to greet us when we arrived. All in all, a lovely relaxing holiday.

Spascious and comfortable apartment in great location
The apartment is in a great location with a well-stocked supermarket, Pingu Doce, a few minutes walk away. It's also really close to the ferry terminal for boats to the nearby islands. The apartment is spacious and bright with 3 good sized bedrooms and a large lounge/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering although we were lazy and chose to eat out. There are some really good restaurants within a short walking distance.
