When we arrived at the hotel it was nice but the toilets werent working , bed sheets had hair like someone got a haircut and didnt wash the sheets. Even in my moms rooms was hair all over her 2 beds and toilets wasn't working either. We told the front the desk and they didnt do nothing about it . Oh the breakfast was horrible coffee , orange juice and apply juice tasted like water , the food had no flavor . Eggs had water inside , some sausage was cooked some werent. The only thing good here was the area ! Old town has alot of restaurants.

It was a very convenient location. It’s walking distance to restaurants and close to the airport. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The staff was very friendly.

Great location and good staff. However, the condition of the hotel is bad. The room is dark and the bathtub is breaking off. Definitely needs TLC.

Mostly clean, doorknob on inside door sticky. Window difficult to open. would not stay up without a support; at one point it actually came out. The blackout curtains were torn in several places, chair cushion was torn. It would be helpful if there was a mirror someplace beside the bathroom. Would appreciate a heads up on parking fee.Garbage was never emptied nor were towels and toilet paper refreshed on a 3 day stay. I would probably not stay again.

Ali at the front desk was very nice, welcomed us warmly after a fiasco of a train ride to San Diego. He even made my 11 year old grandson feel welcome by engaging him in conversation about their love of baseball.

Just finished a 5 night stay- our room was a corner room and was rather small, but it had everything we needed. Only issue was housekeeping never came on the only day we asked, basically we needed towels and trash bags. It was a very convenient and close to all the things we wanted to do. I would stay here again.

Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Rooms facing freeway can be a little noisy, but ok if you don’t mind that. Very comfortable walking distance to Old Town.

I enjoyed the breakfast Waffles. Hubby would have liked more Link sausage. Laundry and Ice were far away. The shower lever didn’t stay where it was supposed to. Kept going to HOT! Didn’t know about the extra charge for parking.

Parking was difficult when checking in. Evening staff wasnt friendly but morning staff was awesome. Old A/C unit in breakfast area was not awesome, pumping wet cold air at your face. Room wasnt great, wet and smelly. Breakfast was good. No drinking/smoking/vaping on the property which was not listed anywhere.

Something that was good is that the Comfort Inn was in the middle of the town and all the places for vacation were really close and convenient. Also the breakfast was hot and delicious so thanks for that. The staff were also very respectful and friendly.Something our family didn’t like was that the service of changing towels never happened as told, when asked for a replacement of the broken hair dryer that also never happened during our 5 day stay, also the bathtub was not at all good as it kept leaking when we closed it and the bathtubs upper layer kept peeling off. We are not happy about this and would like a change for future residence.

Overall the hotel is a great option! The heated pool was the biggest advantage since my boys love swimming even in winter time. The breakfast was average, could be better in terms of offering oatmeal or one other warm food option. The room was clean.
