In the main building at least our room the sound coming from the door made it hard to sleep. It was a whistling sound from the glass balcony door. Also the mattress was a little hard.

Very convenient to traval to and from Naha Airport. Staff is very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance to buy lunch and dinner. Nice and quite location. Definitely we will go back to this hotel during our next trip.

This is the second time staying here! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The on-site parking can be hard if you are not good at driving as the spaces are tight. The offsite parking is just one min away so much easier to park there. There is a 7/11 across the street from the lobby so easy to get food or drinks.

Clean and new. Perfect for Okinawa as a place to sleep as you’ll be out all day at the beach/snorkeling anyway

i didn't like the coffee and juice they provide for the customers...and I hope there was a breakfast for the amount we paid.kind of expensive for the Orbitz fee,hotel and flight but no breakfast😩

What I like about this place the most is the service. The staff were really helpful and nice eventhough my japanese is not very good. Their attitudes are very positive. I would revisit if I have a chance

We stay 2 nights at this property. The room is clean and spacious. Although limited in car parking spaces, we were able to find nearby public coin parking lots during the 1st night. The hotel is conveniently located and there is a 24 hours convenient store just opposite the hotel. Can’t think of anything negative about the hotel.

A warm and memorable stay
Nice cosy room though a bit small compared to those in the outskirt in central Okinawa. Very convenient, close to monorail, amenities and good eateries. Less than 15 min drive to the airport. Friendly staff to check us in and provide answers to our queries.

20 minute walk to Kokusai, convenient with family mart nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. There might have been a miscommunication as I thought parking was supposed to be free.. it costs extra 1000 yen per night.
