Ive stayed at this property many times and is becoming dilapidated! There is no upkeep occurring on any of the interior or exterior ( except the lobby). I was actually shocked at how run down it has become, particularly the exterior and seaside.

Continental breakfast was two slices of bread, butter and coffee. This was horrible. There is no beach, pool or anything to entertain oneself. There is no internet access for guess, the television does not work. The bed springs were all damaged so you felt like you were sleeping on a deflated bed. The plumbing in the bathroom was also faulty. I am so sad and hurt that i trusted Expedia and they recommended this property to me. I am losing my confidence in them.

Loved that the property is right on the water. Did not like that the property is run down and appears unkempt. The mattresses need replacing and the faucets and tiles appeared old, dirty and in need of repairs.

The pictures they have for this place must be 10 years old. The pool is drained, the bar is gone, the bed was horribly rickety, there's no fridge or coffee maker in the rooms, no washcloths, drinking water is not easily accessible. We had the room booked for 8 nights, but we left after the first. The view from the patio is nice, the feral cats are fun to feed, but that was about it.

The staffs were friendly the property is very close to the town center of Ocho Rios so it was walking distant to most of the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to do like shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and clean with two beds to each room . The property is right next to the sea with a balcony for each rooms so you can sit on the balcony and look over into the sea . However there were two small inconveniences that can be fix easily. The Tvs are very small and the property need a stronger wifi system for the rooms. The wifi is stronger in the lobby area though. Overall i would give this property a 8 of 10.

The worst part was when i got stung by a sea urchin yet both staff and guest were attentive immediately. The chef made some amazing fish which I brought back home. Will rebook and recommend to all
