Thank you for your feedback, Julie. When we spoke on the phone you mentioned you had booked the reservation for the wrong dates through expedia. This is no fault of anyone at our hotel but I am glad that we were able to get you in for the dates you actually wanted to stay and hope you enjoyed your time at the Castle.

Love the facilities, dining, bar, entertainment. Beach access was beautiful, we took several amazing pictures of the moon and water that were stunning! The movie night was another great surprise to end our evening with. Overall a great stay, 5 stars!

I’ve stayed at the Castle in the Sand several times and although it’s an older hotel, it needs work. But most importantly, some of the employees did not make me feel safe or comfortable. While the people working, the front desk were very good, there were two employees in particular that I saw each day that we’re not nice or courteous. One in particular. Was actually scary. I tried to avoid her each day.

Solid hotel stay. Recommend the suite oceanfront. Nice staff, good views. Spacious suite, beach access. Great surf shop right out front in parking lot. Plenty of parking spots, nice bar. Will stay again!

Three day stay with my wife and we were in the Waverly efficiency. Nice size room with a couch and kitchen area. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great. We will be back.

We enjoyed the music at the breach front bar each evening and their happy hour. The staff was excellent! We inquired about upgrading our room and not only did they upgrade our room but applied a senior discount which gave us a room with a filly equipped kitchen and living area and balcony to sit on.

We enjoyed our stay here the beach is great as is the bar and seating area. They had live music every day we were here. The beds were a little hard but that was the only slightly off thing.

Lifeguard in the pool needs to be more active.My son almost drawn in front of him he didn't see that was all the time in his phone. I had to jump to save him. Other than that i was very satisfied in every single area. Very clean. Keep it up....

We took an oceanfront room and although the view was beautiful it was hindered by bird poop on windows. Room walls where quite dirty as well. Inconvenient to get to the building entrance from the beach as we would have to pass through the Coconut terrace.

Excellent staff so sweet friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend nearby to shops food and transportation. No need to leave the hotel they cover everything food pool beach entertainment. Love it!
