Always friendly staff. Quick efficient checkin.clean and comfy. First time staying in a room by lift. A little disconcerting waking occasionally to lift talking. Luckily not too many lift stoppages on my floor so want to bad.

very friendly staff and very helpful. Cafe was closed but we still got breakfast

Great place . Will be fantastic in 2 weeks when railway line opens about a 5 ‘ walk away

Tile areas require a good scrubbing looking unclean Disappointing that it wasn't noted by the team leader A lack of attention to detail in this area

Didnt like noise of other rooms doors slamming closed projecting into our unit.people in corridor talking loudly late at night. Pull out sofa bed mattress was really bad. Wires in mattress hurt.

I was disappointed to learn of the shortfalls you experienced, as this is certainly not indicative of the level of service we strive to deliver. In particular not having the cafe opened over the public holidays. Unfortunately, the cafe is not operated by Adina Norwest and is an external owners who only operates on weekdays. However, we are able to advise you of alternate options for dining on weekends. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel again and make your stay a memorable one. Best Regards
