Air conditioning was disgusting. Moulding smells in the room from aircon or drains or both. Dilapidated and run down .decor from 90s Avoid this place

The room was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless although there was an unpleasant odour from the drains. The kitchenette housed a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. In fact everything needed although the walk to shop to buy groceries to make dinner was around a 60 minute round trip (walking) Christine was exceptionally helpful and friendly and even arrived early to allow me to check in early. The bed was extremely comfortable and would have provided a wonderful nights sleep had it not been for the noise from neighbouring rooms. Airport transport was not provided on sundays which I didn't realise when I booked so I had the added expense of a taxi which was a little annoying as I had made my decision on where to book and how much to pay based on transfers. On the whole, I would recommend the motel for a short stop over

We chose this motel because of the early shuttle bus to the airport. We were there for one night on a ground floor. The only problem was whoever was upstairs were moving around for most of the night. However, overall it suited us and was fine.

We booked a room with 3 single beds for 3 people, but only 2 of anything was supplied - cups, blankets etc. there was an insect nest behind the bathroom door that erupted during our stay and I had to tune the tv in myself. The Wi-Fi password wasn’t available in the room and there was little information on anything other than a few photocopied and out of date menus. The bed frames squeaked when anyone turned over and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There was also a large gap under the front door that we blocked with a towel so nothing came in during the night. It looked ok on the surface but the longer we were there the more tired the place felt. Location was convenient as was the airport shuttle, but I’d be unlikely to stay again.

It was great...lady was friendly n informative. They ran us 2 airport in shuttle bus n we left our car there 15 days...excellent...peace of mind.

Totally misrepresented. Felt too uncomfortable & Unsafe to stay. Office building derelict & the accommodation was out the back where it was dirty & unkempt. Room looked clean but washed dishes still in drainer on sink did not give impression that the room/bed had been freshly cleaned/changed..Had to pay for the room even though it was unsuitable because I didn't meet the cancellation deadline. Would never have booked if I had known the true situation!!

Late arrival however instructions were concise and easy. Met the staff in the morn. Very friendly and courteous. The shutlle was a nice addition and time.

Photos on site not what you get when you arrive. We thought this motel had been shut down when we first arrived due to the condition and appearance of it. We arrived between 1-2pm (check in time usually 2pm) but room not ready. We had to wait outside for approximately 20 mins in the covered area but it was raining so seats were all wet. When we got our room, it did stink of overuse of chemicals. The floor had just been mopped but there were still tissue paper, chips and other rubbish on the floor. The pillows stunk as well as our towels. The electrical power point in the bathroom was not properly fitted to the wall and very unsafe to use. The gardens are all overgrown with weeds. The TV continually shut off during a movie. You are only provided with 3 sets of kitchen ware but we were a family of 4. Restaurant is closed as well so you may need to update this as there is hardly any other options of eating out nearby.

The property itself is well maintained and very very clean. The picture is accurate of the pool area and rooms which are in the rear of property BUT the main area where you pull in to check-in gives you a sense of area being unsafe and made us a bit leery. It is a dilemma because the rooms are wonderful.

This location is not near any amenities such as dining the Wi-Fi did not work the check-in procedure is strange, because the office is close enough to get a code to go into a box of Sandra shuttle said it was running at 7:40 AM which I did not so we just left with an Uber. We never go back. Do not recommend.

Wi fi works may be you dont know how to log on the 5 g network. Check in procedure is not strange every motel has an after hour safe may be you have not travelled We are not paid to wait for you to check in at midnight .We sent you the code for the safe and you checked in okay using the code and we also sent you the timing of the shuttle as well . You are demanding to go on the 7.40 shuttle we have our set timings which is on the website and its on your confirmation email . We do not tolerate abuse and we have flagged you in our system
