"Staff are all accommodating and courteous We checked in at around 6 pm. At around 9:00 pm, the young lady at the reception counter helped us order Pizza; checked in for flight tge following am; and arranged uber for following am. She was patiently nice. The bell boy/man were very helpful too. Service for glasses, cups, ice was fast"

"The Hotel was convenient to North Sydney Station. My problem (with a 'botched' Knee replacement) was the steep steps up to the hotel with my overnight bag. I use a walking stick. It was suggested I could have negotiated the steep path beside the driveway to the rear of the hotel, however, I think that may have been more difficult. The staff very kindly upgraded me to a 'view' room which pm was just the most sight to behold. All in all a great stay - I will stay again when I need to consult Royal North Shore Hospital at St. Leonards. "
