Potential for a great holiday.
The location of the house is lovely and the outdoor area is perfect looking to the lake. The bathrooms were clean however the oven was dirty, dead flies on window ledges and a smelly dead bird between the outdoor lounges. I reported these issues however we had to fix them. The backyard gate was locked and the keys we were given didn’t open it. This prevented us from enjoying the boards left for guests to use on the lake. Unfortunately communication with MadeComfy didn’t resolve this issue. They promote a 24/7 service however we were told that the team was not available to sort out the problem of the locked backyard gate. Very frustrating.
