This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The staffs are friendly, breakfast selections are good and easy access to the metro station (2 minute by walking) and walkable to arc de triumph and Champs Elysees. The only downside is the hotel room and elevator smell old, but everything else is great.

"A cute little place. The rooms are super small but lovely. There is not any shampoo or conditioner so be prepared. They have on-site parking which is a plus if you have a car! It was a nice quick stay in lovely Rouen! Thank you."
