This unique vacation home is not only homely furnished but we have also thought of everything to provide you with a fantastic stay. You will experience a lot of comfort, including a dishwasher, and you can sleep comfortably in the characteristic box bed. The hooikiep is located on the campsite close to all amenities. The playground and swimming pool are located near your vacation home. Just a little bit different and fun for both young and old!

The story behind the HooikiepHooikiep is the Drenthe term for hooikiep. This charming, unique vacation home in Drenthe is built in a very authentic way. In the past, hooikiep were used to store hay, straw, or grain. Four wooden poles supported the thatched roof, which could move up and down depending on the amount of feed to be stored. Now it serves as a unique vacation home where you can have an unforgettable time. The feeling of old-fashioned comfort has been preserved and combined with the luxury of today.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf op de Norgerberg. De Hooikiep is ons goed bevallen. Vriendelijk personeel, leuke activiteiten, heerlijk zwembad met schoon sanitair en in een prachtige omgeving. Top!

Zeer goed, de Hooikiep is een gezellig huisje, leuk aangekleed met kerstversieringen. Lekker warm en in de omgeving overal kerstverlichting. Alles keurig onderhouden. Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken in het restaurant. Een prima fiets gehuurd en gefietst door een prachtige omgeving. De broodjes werden zaterdag en zondag gebracht. Ideaal om zo je dag te beginnen. Dit adres ga ik onthouden.

We zijn warm welkom geheten op de camping. Bij binnenkomst in het huisje (hooikiep) zagen we direct dat het huisje verzorgd en schoon was. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Onze kinderen (in de leeftijden 4 tot 12 jaar) hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt in het (overdekte) zwembad, de speeltuin, de kabelbaan die in de bossen op het bungalowpark staat, én bij de animatie-momenten. Bij een lichtjestocht voor de kinderen stond er bij terugkomst warme chocolademelk en glühwein klaar. Zo leuk! Hoogtepunt van ons verblijf was de laatste avond waarop er een foodtruckfestival op de camping was georganiseerd. Erg gezellig en top verzorgd!! We komen graag nog eens terug!

We hebben een hele leuke midweek gehad met de kinderen, ze willen graag nog een keer terug. We hadden de Hooikiep, wat een erg knusse, schone en praktisch ingerichte hut is.

Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad bij jullie. Hebben maar een klein stukje van Norgerbeeg gezien maar dat kleine stukje zag er goed uit met heel vriendelijk personeel.

Het was weer fijn om op de Norgerberg te zijn, deze keer met al onze kinderen en kleinkinderen om ons 40 jarig huwelijksfeest te vieren! Totaal 12 personen, Hooikiepen 3,4 en 5, mooi op n rijtje, voor de kleintjes prachtig naar elkaar toe kunnen lopen.
