"Fatal. Los alrededores del hotel es un barrio marginal e inseguro. Ademas en la recepción del hotel nunca hay nadie, siempre tienes que llamar a un teléfono y viene alguien. "Great parking directly under the hotel. Restaurant across the street was delicious but took advantage of what they sold us (different review). Not pretty, but clean. Front staff on arrival was concerning, apparently if you don’t speak Vasco (Basque), the female at the desk, gets rude. Overall it was a place to stay. I would not stay in Gijon again, very industrial and loud. No rest because of a lovely train station next door."
