Not Bad, but not great.
The room is old and a bit worn out, it was comfortable and clean but really needs to have a major overall.

Property in desperate need of updating/refurbishment. In a great location. Restaurant attached need staff training. Poor service. Hotel staff were excellent.

We liked the price is the most, the swimming pool was so enjoyable, the location is fantastic, near by a shoppong centre and the river 😀!!

Clean, but old and tired. Some patrons were somewhat questionable, lady at reception was lovely. It is a budget stay after all, so didn't have high expectations.

Our room was tidy, bed was comfy but our neighbours in the next room if they weren’t partying until 3am one woman sounded like she was giving birth most of the second night of our stay….. location was perfect for us, bar and restaurant on site was awesome. I’d say if you are staying during the week, ideal! If you want quiet on the weekend go somewhere else.

The drapes and cushions were dirty, the ceiling over the shower rusted through and peeling. A big gap under the door to neighbouring room means you can hear everything they say like they are in the same room. I put my do not disturb sign out for no service, and a young guest thought it would be funny to then bash on my door repeatedly. I tried to tell staff but got nowhere.

There is a phone number in the room to call when you need assistance. Unfortunately you get 'smarties' everywhere and we don't need them.Thank you for staying and hope to have you visit again.

Lovely staff and great location in Noosaville. Accommodation has a good amount of wear and tear and the wifi was unfortunately very slow for us. However, rooms were sizeable and did the job! Thank you :)

This is an older property so it is not flash in anyway. It was however spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Location is very central to everything and within walking distance to the Main Street of Noosaville. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I shall definitely stay again.

Well located with bistro. Bed mattress requires replacement. The property needs an upgrade but price was reasonable. Near Woolworths and waterfront.

Nice area partially renovated clean, quiet, safe
Partially renovated older motel/hotel. Clean large rooms with desk and all amenities. Mattress could do with improvement. All in all clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. The adjoining pub is good with good food and discounts for this s staying at the accommodation. Nice area

Wanted a cheap overnight stay for a wedding in Noosa and this was very convenient. Staff were friendly. Bed and room areas were fine and clean but the bathroom needs some maintenance.

Comfortable stay
Comfortable room and all that we required for a short stay. Beung right next to the tavern/pub and a Saturday night, it was a bit noisy. The blind in the room didn't fully cover the window so the outsiede lights shined in. Conveniently located for meals.
