Thanks Richard for your honest feedback, we did see your face, when you saw how tiny the studio room is, that is why we tried our best to upgrade you, however sadly as you are aware we were fully booked. We do try our best to explain that the studio room is just a room with a king size bed & an ensuite. We advertise the room as hotel style where guests can avail themselves to full kitchen facilities & BBQ’s adjacent to the pool, however they are often seen cavorting & frolicking around Noosa’s beautiful environment & in the award winning restaurants & cafes. Typically, guests have fun filled days & enjoy the facilities of the resort. We are pleased you did enjoy the resort, and we will welcome you back to one of our large apartments with an awesome pool or water view.

Thanks so much for your feedback which we welcome and take seriously. We are sad you didn’t have a great experience. Most of our guests are thrilled to begin their holiday early (you originally advised 9am Saturday arrival) and not have to wait till the 2pm check-in time. Not sure how you missed the after-hours email advice the day prior to your arrival with full instruction’s but we had them printed for you with the key in your envelope which you collected. You may have also overlooked the laminated copy in your room. We had hoped our 2 phone calls to you at 9am and 11am on your day of arrival would also have been of assistance. Our office was open the next morning where you could have picked up the gym key or you may have chosen to avail yourself at any time to the external contact phone at reception which invites to contact the managers in need. We would have loved you to have used that after hours service re the shower door which was closing properly prior to your arrival and had it adjusted straight away to avoid any potential damage or danger. Most of all we would have loved you to have had a wonderful experience like so many of our great guests do.
