There was a significant power outage the night we stayed at this hotel. We checked the website for outages and it was announced an outage from 10pm-6 am. Temperature in Australia during summer can be high and very uncomfortable. There was no airflow in the room. We had to go to sleep in the car at midnight (my husband, my 4 year old child, and myself -pregnant). We would have appreciated the hotel notify us about this outage before booking the place or at least during our stay so we could be prepared. There's no way they received no notification about an outage of 8 hours. Their response: nothing!

Thank you for your review Alejandra. This situation was discussed with you before you departed, and to say you had no response is simply not right. I am sorry you have chosen not to believe the fact that the motel had absolutely no knowledge of this outage. When we are notified of such an event, we always notify our guests - it is in our interest as much as the guests' interest. This was an extreme event which happened just after midnight I believe, and I can only reiterate that it was completely unforeseen by us. Other guests were most understanding. However, I am sorry you were inconvenienced and uncomfortable in the wee hours of the morning with no air-con. due to the power outage.Kind regards,

Friendly staff, good value for money. The room was clean and tidy. I found the bed very uncomfortable though, and the bed linen was not warm enough. The surrounding area is great for going for a walk and visiting cafes.

It looked much better on pictures than in real life. The bed was really uncomfortable. Not really worth the money. But could have been our mistake as we didn’t realized we booked a motel.

We are sorry that you booked the wrong type of facility and thought you had booked a resort rather than a motel. However, you would have paid considerably more for a resort and may not have been able to book for one night only, especially in school holidays when prices in Noosa are always at a premium.Best wishes,

Very good place to stay, quiet, parking was easy, after hours key pick up/drop off was super easy. Very clean and spacious rooms, big bathroom and great hot water for a decent shower. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great stay with what felt like a heated pool. We had a hire car but didn’t feel close to anything if we didn’t too far to walk into Noosa. We enjoyed our stay. We were on the second floor so had to get luggage up and down stairs

Our room was surprisingly spacious with a balcony overlooking the river, clean and airy, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the local area. They messaged and phoned us ahead to confirm our arrival. Location is great, all attractions are only a short drive away. The Noosa Farmers Market is within walking distance, a must visit if you stay on a Sunday.
