What a great little spot. Definitely a place to avoid if you aren’t able to do stairs but otherwise such a wonderful stay. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay.

We were 45 minutes late checking out because my friend was sick and the man at reception was quite rude about it claiming we had put the cleaner out when all she did was do the room next door first.

Hi, It is unfortunate that this is the first time we have heard about your sick friend as we would have been more than happy to accommodate you if this was the case. Instead when the housekeepers tried to access your room to prepare it for the next arrival they were told you still needed to have a shower. Of course they moved to another room to continue their work but this does not change the fact that this room was required for a check in that day. Their is also a difference between someone being rude and someone telling you something you don't want to hear. The manager attempted to explain why we have a 10 am check out. If you had of communicated with the management about your sick friend there would not have been an issue.

Good size rooms, great pool, good location between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction.

Do not recommend this motel. My partner & i needed a chiropractor after one night. The bed so uncomfortable & old no sleep. Put blanket on top but no use. Left the next morning.

We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. As you must be aware bedding is a very personal choice and obviously the bed was not to your preference. If this was common feedback from guests we would look to replace the beds but the overall feedback is that the beds throughout the motel are very comfortable.

BED BUGS

Was severely bitten by bed bugs here. When I informed the management via email two days later they firstly dismissed it and asked whether I'd just had "too much of the Qld sun" (???) and then told me that the photos I sent them of the bites "could be of anyone", and when I told them I'd have to write a bad review if they didn't offer some kind of compensation or at least acknowledge that this had happened, they threatened me with: "in this new era of online awareness you should be very careful what you write about people and businesses online". AVOID.

Hi, As per our recent emails I have some concerns about the facts of your complaint none of which you have chosen to address. Firstly, why did you not approach reception on checkout with the physical evidence of the bites rather than email us with photos of body parts 2 days later. Also Bed bugs do not come and go in a night they lay eggs and multiply very quickly, they are also visible to the naked eye. Your room was immediately occupied the day of your departure, it was also inspected after your first email was received both management and the new guest could see no evidence of Bed bugs- where did they go? Finally the statement "I feel I'm owed some type of compensation, and if you're not willing to do so I'll have no choice but to write a bad review. " quote/unquote makes your motivation quite clear. It is disappointing when people attempt to smear the reputation of hard working people and businesses for there own gain.
