"The hotel is lovely - very friendly and helpful staff, and very clean rooms. It is very close to the station and also within walking distance of the historic centre and all main attractions. It is more of a 'conference/business' hotel but was still very welcoming to families. Breakfast was very good!"

"The room was comfortable. We had an issue with the temperature and the staff were quick to change our room to one without issues. The staff are professional and friendly and even provided an amazing recommendation for a restaurant nearby. The breakfast has lots of options and everything was very tasty. The hotel is right next to the station and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Overall was a great stay. "

Highly recommended

"We only stayed one night at the last minute, but everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A bonus was a kettle - not always provided in Italian hotels - which was very useful for making bottles for our 5 month old daughter. The service was excellent - we had one slight problem that was solved immediately, and the staff were very friendly. They let us check in early just so we could change the baby, and also let us check-out late. Breakfast was a good selection, and again had great service. The location is ideal - less than 30 seconds walk from the main square, but still quiet at night Definitely recommended."
