Grundsätzliche Qualitätsmängel in Objektführung, Cagnes-sur-Mer ist schön
Qualitätsmanagement mangelhaft - leider ist bereits auf dem Weg zur Wohnung durch das Objekt, die mangelnde Sorgfalt der Führung erkennbar.
In der Wohnung waren:
Klimaanlage verdreckt und unbenutzbar,
Fußböden in den Ecken verschmutzt,
Fenster verschmiert,
Schwarzschimmel im Bad
Cagnes-sur-Mer ist dann mit Strandlage wunderbar per Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten dort dennoch schöne Tage und tolle Aktivitäten.

Propriété conforme à l’annonce.
Située un peu loin de la première plage en galets, 20 bonnes minutes à pieds, la propriété a de nombreux atouts. Proximité du centre ville, nombreux commerces accessibles à pieds et situation géographique idéale pour découvrir les environs, cannes, Antibes, Nice ou Monaco…
Des plages avec un peu de sable et de petits galets plats très agréables à Villeneuve-Loubet et on peut se garer facilement.

L'appartement était top seul petit bémol le bruit de la circulation dans la rue si on veut être pointilleux. Mais sinon le logement était tout à fait ce que nous recherchions. Merci également aux filles de la reception qui étaient à disposition et très arrangentes.

peux mieux faire
Le bâtiment est propre dans son ensemble. Le parking souterrain bien pratique car accessible par l'ascenseur.
Par contre gros point noir, on vous vend un séjour avec piscine et à notre arrivée on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée pour travaux ( non précisé dans l'annonce ). De plus à la réservation vous recevez un email vous précisant que vous pouvez rajouter les petits déjeuner et idem à la réception on nous annonce que ce n'est pas possible. Sinon l'appartement est fonctionnel avec un grand balcon ( chambre 107 ) il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour 4 personnes. le linge de toilette et de lit fournis est un plus. Bref bon séjour mais déçu par la piscine fermé et la non possibilité d'ajouter les petits déjeuner.
