This recent visit was my third to the Anam. I absolutely love it there and the reason is the service, the facilities, and the staff. Min, in the front office, is excellent, and always made sure that I was taken care of. Even when I went into town for dinner, she made sure I was enjoying myself. The facilities are impeccable. The main pool is my favorite spot to spend the day and the Vietnamese restaurant by the beach is fantastic. Make sure to try the banh xeo! Also, the spa and the staff there are excellent. I had a facial and a massage this last visit and they felt treated like a quieen. Everything at the Anam is just so gooooooood! I can't wait to go back in the Spring!

Lovely surroundings, great staff, good food (albeit dinner was expensive for the amount of food). Not the most convenient location, but a Grab to Nha Trang was about 350,000 VND (£12) each way.

About 30 minutes from Nha Trang city center, easy taxi ride, dont pay more than 250k. Welcomed warmly with a drink and cookies. Beautiful grounds with low lights to enjoy the ocean sounds and stars. Grass throughout along with easy walkways meant for barefoot walking. Service is above and beyond with kindess and respect. Staff is on it and remember the things you enjoy and who you are. The beach is very beautiful with mild waves easy for children or even bad swimmers to enjoy. There is a shuttle once a day for free to city center, and one return shuttle at 4pm. Drinks and food are truly delightful and tasty. Several pools to relax in or sit on a lounge chair and enjoy beach sounds. We appreciated the care this resort took to be a leader in low trash and waste with not one plastic option on premises. Water is refilled in rooms in glass daily, napkins are all material and all room amenities are in paper boxes....no straws. Loved it here and would come back again!

Absolutely THE best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our time at the hotel was simply amazing and the whole experience was faultless. Pristine Resort with Maximum Relaxation
We stayed for 2 nights as a splurge. The grounds of the resort are perfect, and the pools are beautiful. The beach is well kept, free of trash, and the water is warm. The breakfast spread had everything you could ever want, for both Asian and Western tastes. The Vietnamese restaurant was delicious for 2 sides and rice but could use more vegetarian options. We would have gone there both nights but there weren't really any vegetarian entrees. We went to the western restaurant for pizza which was not very good but hey, we're in Vietnam. I thought the non-alcoholic drinks like sodas were a bit overpriced. We enjoyed a full 3 hour spa package with a facial, massage, and scrub. When we emerged, we felt like Spring chickens, just light and fancy-free. Definitely worth it. We also took advantage of the free sunrise yoga sessions, plus one sunset yoga session. The sunrise yoga is vigorous and gives you energy for the day. The sunset session is about relaxation and included authentic practices such as prana yama (breathing exercise) and deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.

We stayed at The Anam in early January, and even though the rainy season continued a bit later than normal, all the staff always did their best to provide an excellent level of customer service. Catering, housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance were all top notch. The rooms, grounds, and proximity to the beach are gorgeous. Particularly, the managers Ly Ly and Ann were extremely helpful to us and made our stay quite pleasant. Thank you!

Wonderful service, beautiful resort
The Anam was the perfect place for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The service deserves an A+ and the grounds and facilities were beyond 5-stars. I really appreciated the attention to detail in every little aspect of how things were run at the hotel. I loved spending the holidays here.

If it is a 10 on 10 - it needs to be said !
It’s rare, very rare I would give any resort a maximum score review, but this precious gem certainly deserves my / your attention. Being recommended by a friend for its quality and tranquility, we booked a 1 night try-out via Expedia under our Gold membership. Upon arriving, we were offered correctly an upgrade following the eligible level. What stroke me first was the exceptional cleanness. I am not referring here to what you see, but the cleanness behind furniture, curtains etc which is mostly “overseen” in same level resorts. The garden is sublime – the overall comfort pristine. Food quality / price of a high level and SERVICE – even compared with many other alike resorts – of an exemplary level. After checking out, we forgot something, and the Resort took care of a solution which we appreciated as well. Without any doubt – and having stayed in similar 5 star Indochina style resorts in Vietnam, this pearl in Cam Lan is of our highest recognition. We sure will return if another trip occurs.

Immaculate landscaping and perfect service.
Immaculate and prompt perfect service. The mattresses are thick and very comfortable. Even with limited visitors (4 other villas only) the breakfast was expansive. We have a breakfast menu (Eggs Benedict, deconstructed Banh Mi and Omellete) along with a very nice buffet. 5 of 6 pools, right on the water with a pristine private beach. The turn down service was a nice touch; chocolates, fluffed pillows, dimmed lights, huge bath towels and curtains drawn. The bathroom is huge! Very large soaking tub--over the standard 5 feet long and about 2 feet deep. The balcony overlooking the East Sea is the length of the villa and about 5 feet deep. I had a pedicure at the spa and the nail artist is clearly a professional--you don't even have to walk, they will pick you up and drive you there. Will definitely visit again

建物からランドスケープまで、手を抜かないできっちりデザインされているところが気に入りました。コロナの影響で稼働率は良くなかったと思いますが、ホテル全体のオペレーションや施設管理も行き届いていたと思います。頑張って下さい! The buildings, landscapes, interiors, etc. were designed to the details, so I really liked them. I think the occupancy rate of the hotel was not good due to the influence of the corona virus, but the operation and facility management of the entire hotel were very well done. Therefore, I had a good time. Good luck in the future!
