It was a conveninent place to spend the night before we caught the Spirit of Tasmania and again after we returned. Unfortunately we didn't realise the window was open, and it was very noisy all night with passing traffic.

The room was clean with a QB and a SB, the mattress & pillow were both comfortable. The room smelt slightly musty, but we slept with the window open. Shower & toiletries were all adequate along with basic tea/coffee supplies. The receptionist was friendly, & respectful. This property suited our needs adequately, which was a nights accomodation prior to catching Spirit of Tassie home . The pub next door, bottle shop, pizza shop & supermarket meant we didnt have to go far for our requirements. Would recommend same & use again
