Staff super, food quite overpriced - so many other restaurants around for cheaper, we paid more in hotel for a 3 course fixed menu than 3 courses with wine in Gino D'Campos. Good location 5 mins walk from rail station. Nice shower.

Great post wedding event stay, staff went above and beyond to sort things for us. Worth noting there’s not a ton of dining options around on Sundays.

Liked: location, convenient for the train station, lots of bars & dining options nearby. Hotel was clean, large bathroom. Disliked: large queue for breakfast, staff were slow to clear tables so even though there were tables free, they were piled with dirty pots awaiting clearing. Pillows in the room were very lumpy, worst 2 nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Requested some firm ones from housekeeping which took nearly an hour to arrive and were exactly the same. Uncomfortable bed, 2singles pushed together so an uncomfortable join down the middle. Pool was nice but quite small.

Hotel is in a very convenient location close to the station. Very comfortable rooms, good gym facilities, fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. The spa facilities can get crowded, so choose your time wisely. Would definitely return to this hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel and I am sorry it was only for 1 night. From the initial pre-stay communication to the checkout, it was personal and professional. Special mention to Fiona and Nish on reception for their excellent customer service and to Sally who was in full control of the Executive Lounge on the night of our stay. Sally has a fantastic ability to remember guests names and ran the lounge impeccably. I look forward to a return visit.

Great hotel perfect location!
Loved our stay here! I have stayed before and both times been so happy with our stay. The rooms are great size, the service is fantastic. The Christmas decorations were amazing too!

Great weekend stay
Stayed a your hotel numerous times before and have recommended to friends and family. On this occasion I was a little disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee facilities( only one milk and one biscuit ) no pillow sprays that we had enjoyed in the past . But we would definitely stay again.

Overall, this hotel was excellent--I stayed there for three nights (along with my wife) for a research conference held on the premises. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was easy to heat/cool. Our TV didn't work--I think likely the remote batteries were bad. I didn't pursue it, as I didn't want to watch TV very bad anyway. I was mildly annoyed that there was not any alternate bedding beyond the giant comforter. Those comforters are way too warm for me; most decent hotels have lighter blankets to use, but we didn't have one. (Perhaps we coud have got one if we asked, but we didn't bother.) The cooling got down to 18, which was good but not sufficient for me if I have to sleep in a giant and incredibly warm blanket. The location overall was good and a short walk to downtown and the central train station. However, the immediate area is a bit of a let down--it's clearly on the "wrong side" of the railroad tracks. I was expecting to be more firmly situated in downtown but the train tracks separate it from such as well as make it more of a nuisance than I expected to get to the rail station (even though it's right next door).

Pretty Good Stay
Pretty good stay - would certainly let use again! Staff all very friendly, check in and out good, choice of food/drink also good. Only improvement I can think of off the top of my head would be for the pool to be warmer - it was freezing and the kids only lasted 20/25 minutes!
