Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money.

NOTHING. entrance 19 steps dirty difficult for me with osteoarthritis, housekeeping zero, dirty marks on the walls and doors, dusty skirting boards- litter behind bedroom door-unclean hob and oven- two windows no curtains/blinds facing main road-everybody could see you at night (fish bowl), bath panel broken-no towel rail to hang towels-no toilet roll holder-two thin pillows, heating not working- above a Domino pizza shop- noisy talking and shouting-noisy traffic.phoned owners brought round 1 pillow next day-fixed heating. Thought with the name SEA ROAD we were going to have a sea view. We followed instructions how to get the keys, behind a tree not mentioned it took us a hour to get in the flat-named two streets, we were strangers to Sunderland had to ask people. No communication to hand keys back. I think we should have a REFUND BACK Nowhere was it worth £215 Your photos are deceiving Would not stay in this grovel again, REPLY
