Nice location and very quiet. Spacious apartment. Needs a few items fixed/replaced. Worn out couch. Curtain held on with zip tie! Cleaning left a bit to be desired.

The accommodation was even better than the images online. It was bigger than expected. Not needing to check in was a bonus. You get your code and you're in. Overall very happy with this place.

Property in poor condition and very grubby. TV did not work. Smoke alarms not working. Property not clean. Very noisy with neighbors coming and going at 1am, 3am and 5am with little regard for anyone else

As for the neighbour's, are you able to inform me of the Apartment Number so i can address the issue. Property seemed near new. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Will definitely stay there again. On a side note we parked on the street and was parked in by the surrounding residents so choose where you park wisely.

Hidden Gem!
Very tidy, clean and well maintained unit. Highly recommend. Staff are helpful during self pre-check-in process, especially during Covid-19. Place is close to Hamilton dining on Beaumont Street, and many cafes nearby. Rooms and floor plan are very spacious. Very comfortable and have a home-feel even during travelling.

Overnight stay was comfortable. The place is clean and has a full kitchen with washer and dryer. Garage was somewhat small and not easy to get into. Close to MacDonald Jones stadium and a short drive to the beach and to town.

Great price, convenient location, modern apartment . Much better than a hotel room , with a huge bedroom, electric lock up garage , all the utensils , crockery etc you need . It was clean except for some hairs in the bath tub. Location good and is very quiet.

The property was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was large and well equipped. For a 2 bedroom apartment we were thrilled to have 2 bathrooms plus a powder room/WC. The instructions as to what was expected of us as guests (eg washing dishes before leaving, putting garbage out) were clear and reasonable and the management were professional and helpful when I called with a query. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we were able to stay for longer!

It was basically a relatively new two bedroom townhouse apartment, fully furnished. Very clean and well kept. Quiet street.

I always try and stay here when in Newcastle for business. Everything is perfect. Perhaps the lounges could be a bit more comfortable but overall highly recommended
