Property was good but didn’t get housekeeping for the whole stay. The first day I was out all day then came back 2pm and room not cleaned. Called reception to see if I had to do anything and they confirmed no.
The second day I left the room around 11am and specifically called reception to have housekeeping come as I was leaving. I had a do not disturb sign till 11am which is why I called. Reception said they would send someone up and when I got back that night nothing happened again.

We were overnighting in the area and were very pleased with our accommodations . Dinning room was up scale and pricy but food was excellent!

The bathroom in the room was not cleaned, there were marks on the countertop, there were hairs in the bathtub, and there were long hairs on the towels. Because we arrived very late, they couldn't change our room. Very bad experience.

We booked a room with a King Bed however we got a room with two worn out single bed joined with a Velcro strip.
The room was worn out dirty walls with huge burn marks in the carpets.
It was really POOR quality despite having a high rating.
The room we were in there were parties outside of our window with drunk guests screaming and swearing till Midnight.
We went for breakfast in the restaurant. We ordered it took a long time to come and when it did it was really not good. There were 5 - 6 people in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy.
On check out I was not asked about my stay so I provided the feedback above the gentleman at reception really did want to know. He did know there was a party outside of our room so offered me a refund for the poor breakfast. ( I did not take the refund I paid in full).
I asked about the bed he said we can change the beds to join to singles and call it a King.
They charge a premium for this and you could not sleep on it.
I could have stayed in a local pub and had a better experience.
I travel a lot and stay in all kinds of places I can say after staying at the APOLLO
THIS HOTEL WAS SHOCKING.
