The customer care is great, helpful and very friendly. But with monitoring systems everywhere, feels more like a jail. The pub across the road plays loud music until midnight, the rooms are very small. The beds are also small, and the water in the shower is just luke warm. Parking spots are very limited and tight.

Really nice hotel but it could’ve been cleaned better. Broken glass on the balcony, dishes unwashed and there was hair in the sheets. I was also told that a safety deposit would be taken, which they never took not that it’s really a big deal.

Not great. Not terrible. Very mediocre. Check in and parking was confusing. The room had a weird smell but other than that it was okay. Need 7 passwords just to get to the room and they don’t work sometimes. Was stressful. Had to call property managers 5 times

Coded entry. Code wouldn’t work. Several phone calls to rectify. Room wasn’t clean & in a filthy state. Given complimentary upgrade to a nice big room but no wardrobe, or luggage rack. King he’s was two singles joined together by a sheet. Mattress was way too soft & beds moved apart. Not the best nights sleep though the upgrade apartment was spacious, clean with a good kitchenette. If the bed was a firm mattress & not two singles joined it would have been a better stay

Communication on how to enter the property was poor for first time users. Parking not included in the tariff, and not enough available, and what were available were difficult to negotiate for a 4WD vehicle. Having said that, the room was ideal for a 1 to 2 night stay.
