Impressive building on entering, reception staff sour and rude, arrived before check in time, was charged $25 for early check in, not being told we could have left our luggage and come back later until after we had checked in, room was small and outdated, I had a room on 12 floor and waiting for lifts was a nightmare at times, the room was at the back of the hotel,bed was comfortable, cleanliness could have been better, food in restaurant expensive, little cafe onsite quite good. Checking out was easy, the guy on reception was cheerful and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful, the location was spot on. The holding of luggage system needs to be updated, maybe have more then one worker during check in and check out times. Will stay here again
