They did not clean my room once, during my stay. I payed for breakfast and they told me it wasn’t included. They wanted me to pay for parking while it is free on the street .

Unbelievable horrible stay, cold water in the shower, dirty room, a lot of screaming on the floor, security in the morning because of the aggressive people, unfriendly front desk staff. Really the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Stayed there to make early morning flight-very close to airport. Staff were very nice; food in restaurant good; wine overpriced but thats true everywhere anymore; floor in hallway not that clean; also had to wipe down the area around the sink as it had what seemed like spilled lotion on it.

It was convenient to airport and public transportation. The bar and restaurant on site was great service and food. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Surprisingly it was very quiet being next to the airport. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Property was very beautiful as was the room. The staff were accommodating. The only downside was the shower water barely got warm. We were having cold showers.

The main reason for booking this location was that one of the main amenities was free parking. Up, checking in I was advised by the front desk there was no parking because their lot was not available, and then proceeded to park where I was advised by the front desk staff leading in my car being towed And ticketed in the amount of $300 there also was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke inside the room. I assume this is because there was a balcony and the prior guests were smoking even though it’s a non-smoking facility. Also I was charged an extra $20 for the extra guest. However, we received one towel and one washcloth of which the washcloth was dirty , it was a terrible experience and needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
