Return to EconoLodge Wherever It May be

I continue to patronize the EconoLodge in Toronto on Jarvis Street. It is in the downtown area within walking distance and provides a rudimentary breakfast. Its rates are entirely reasonable and the place is secure. For these reasons, I chose EconoLodge on 47th Street in NYC and I was not disappointed. In particular, I was helped by the staff to get a taxi for the ride to LaGuardia. More great breakfasts too!

This is our third time to stay here. It is right in the heart of New York City less than a minutes walk to Times Square. The rooms are small and dated but very clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Coffee available in reception 24hrs. Breakfast is good. There is a tray in your room and you can go down to reception and bring breakfast back up to your room. You can leave luggage there if you have late flight and go out sightseeing knowing your luggage is safe. The only downside is there is no toilet facilities in reception area so once you have checked out you have to you restrooms wherever before you collect luggage from reception.
